They got my money out of my account without permission. They took $94 out of my account as payment for a product which was supposed to be a "FREE" trial, i was only supposed to paid 5$ for shipping. then I called but they didn't want to give back to me 100% my money. Then they said like to be my fault. But they didn't tell me before I have a sample. They just tried to get my bank account for get my money. Suck. Then who want to use this page for online purchases?

I have purchased hair pills for a 30 day trial for 4.95. It did not say on the website that you have to call back in 10 days to tell them how you felt about the pills. I looked on my bank statement a couple weeks later and I was charged 87.95 for pills that I didn't even get because I didn't call back in 10 days to let them know how I felt!

I took a "free trial" bottle of a product they were promoting. It said I ONLY had to pay for shipping and that if I liked it could order more in the future and only be charged for a second order should I choose to order later on. However 2 weeks later they charged $94.07 to my account WITHOUT my consent or authoization. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I was lead to believe I was getting a trial for a KeraGro cost of $4.95 but have been charged an additional $87.47 twice in Sept.23.2014 and Oct.07.2014, and cannot find any contact details to even complain about the issue I have tried the internet for numbers email or an address but nothing shows up.

At 2:47 in the morning I was sent a txt alert to my phone saying my card was charged $87.47. I called the bank to find out where charge came from buy4health. I've never even heard of this place so looked it up. How they even get my information to charge my account this is straight up theft

I ordered the trial and paid for shipping and handling. When my package arrived, there was no paperwork with it..nothing to say how to take the pill or anything about payments. Today, I get hit with $87.47 for that little bottle of pills…NO WAY! I called my bank and and soon as the charge post to my account, they will dispute it and refund my money…this place is a Fraud/Scam

Ordered a free trial of KeraGro from buy4health.com being told I only have to pay for shopping. 2 weeks after I ordered it, and only a day after I received it they charged me $87.47. They said I had to contact them within 5 or so days after receiving it, but for one, nothing ever said that, and two, I had only had it for a day. Maybe it was a mailing problem, but why do I get charged for that? They're just after your money.

Pretty much the same exact thing everyone else here is saying. Read & re-read offer of $4.95 (to cover shipping), and now have a $87.47 charge on my card. I just noticed it today (Sunday) and I am fairly certain when I call on Monday, I'll get the same "hang up treatment" everyone else here is stating they received.

Was charged $87.47 without permission after ordering one of their products. Called twice and hung up on twice. First call they canceled my "subscription" that they said I signed up for. They say it is a 14 day trial period but I didn't even receive the product until after 14 days. Second call they did issued me a courtesy 25% refund, but refused to do anything else and hung up on me. The customer service agents are not helpful and sound like they go through this same thing all day. I have never been treated so poorly by any company.

I used an online ad claiming that if you signed up now you could receive a bottle of "KeraGro" for the cost of shipping only. My bank account has now been charged $87.47 by the company that I did not agree to. If they were going to turn around and charge that should have been stated before checkout for the product was complete. Also the charge came through 13 days after the initial shipping charge.

Charged my bank account multiple times for products never received. I am a college student, a very poor student struggling to feed myself and for a company to take my last dime is very frustrating. Something must be done. I am not the first and more than likely not the last person this has happened too.

Did not inform me they would continue to charge my card. Nowhere did they even hint that this would be an ongoing thing anywhere. Ordered kera grow product for free just paid shipping then few weeks later am charged $87 and change. There wasn't even any fine print saying I needed to cancel anything or any price stating the original product cost either. I even have a confirmation email that only says my confirmation number, what I ordered, the shipping price the bill and ship to address and the customer service number is just listed- thats it!

I placed an order for a "free trial" of supplements from a link on an article on Men's Life and Health. All they asked was to pay shipping and handling. A week or so goes by and I have a charge to my account 2 different times from that company. I tried to call their "customer service" and it prompted me to press 1 to cancel my accounts. Accounts that I never signed up for. So I did. Then it hung up on me every time I tried to call back to speak with someone. Finally after 2 days of calling I was put through to a broken English man telling me that because I cancelled my accounts they can't give me my money back. They took close to $120 from my account without permission and basically told me I'm screwed.

I am unable to refund the product through them because i had opened the product so i could use it, i didn't know about the payment until afterwards otherwise i would not of opened it.

I have been trying to contact your company on a numerous of occasions, it keeps telling me the number is not recognized! & there isn't any other alternative method other than emailing. All I wish to do is return the products sent to me and cancel any subscription you may have placed? Please note I have today 08.04.14 returned the remaining 2 bottles. 1x full & sealed & 1x minus two tablets. The tablets coursed me serious side effects, to which I refrained taking any more with immediate effect. Can you please refund/credit back my account.
