Buy2you

My daughter and I ordered 4 shipments from buy2you.com, their website allowed us to browse various local Chinese websites in English, make payment and have items shipped. My shipments were to be sent to our USA address.

Shipment 1: On Sept.12.2020 I ordered several small mobile accessories etc. Items cost $121.04 + $122.05 for 1-2 weeks shipping. Items were supposed to be shipped via Matson Fastship. However, was alleged to have been shipped via FedEx on Oct.19.2020. To date (Dec.13.2020/ 3 months after purchase) FedEx has not yet received this shipment from Buy2you.com. Therefore, we never received this shipment. Buy2You only submitted the shipping information to FedEx without actually delivering the items to FedEx and without FedEx picking up the goods.

Shipment 2: In October 2020 we ordered 13 selfie sticks. Items cost $31.61 + $45.71 for 1-2 weeks shipping. Order was paid to be shipped via Matson Fastship. However, it was sent via China Post to USPS (cheaper shipping). I received shipment in 8-9 days, all was okay with respect to shipping time. However, we paid for fast more expensive shipping via Matson Fastship, but instead buy2you sent cheap shipping method and kept balance, and other problem was inferior quality products from China supplier.

Shipment 3: In October 2020 we ordered a number of small portable mobile and exercise accessories. Items cost $449.63+ $218.90 for 1-2 weeks shipping. Order was paid to be shipped via Matson Fastship. However, shipment was alleged to have been shipped via FedEx on Oct.23.2020. Again, only the shipping information was submitted to FedEx, and shipment was not actually sent the last time I checked. Therefore, to date we still have not received this shipment.

Shipment 4: In October 2020 we ordered more portable mobile accessories. Items cost $241.93+ $68.68 for 1-2 weeks shipping. Order was paid to be shipped via Matson Fastship. However, shipment was alleged to have been shipped via China Post to USPS. Buy2You lied and said that I selected China Post Sea Freight and sent me redacted apparent bogus Bill of Laden and it stated that the shipment would take 60 to 90 days! We were seriously pissed off at this point.

For months BUY2YOU provided me with FedEx tracking numbers that led nowhere. It was concerning to us because of the serious delays and the fact that we always paid for Matson Fastship (not FedEx nor China Post), and the shipments were to be delivered in 1-2 weeks. Two months later, all we got were bogus tracking numbers. Although we always paid for Matson Fastship, Buy2You apparently took the shipping monies ($122.05, $45.71, $218.90 and $68.68 USD = $455.34), and without my prior knowledge or consent, Buy2You admitted that it sent out the cheaper much slower 60-90 days via China Post instead. However, we seriously doubt that the shipments were sent out at all. Even if the shipments were sent out, it was not sent within the agreed shipping or delivery time.

It appears that buy2You makes money on defrauding their customers on shipping fees, AND sometimes, the monies paid for goods never sent or received, or sent late if at all. We (my daughter and I) made sure to order the items from September/October 2020, well before the Holidays season, to date (Dec.13.2020), we have not received our 3 orders/ shipments. Every time we contact Buy2You support they are rude. Buy2you lied in noting COVID-19 for its shipping delays excuse, then lied and said that we chose slow sea freight shipping and beg me to give them until Nov.19.2020 for guaranteed delivery, then later again it begged me to give them 3 more weeks. Still shipments not received to date.

People STAY FAR AWAY from this company (an apparent one-man operation), as you may never receive your shipment or a refund. We had to file chargebacks against buy2you. It is a good thing we used a credit/debit card instead of Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer.

We conclude that we have paid buy2you for Matson Fastship for ALL 4 of our shipments. However, NO shipments were shipped using Matson Fastship. Hence, it maybe safe to conclude that Buy2You is fraudulently utilizing Matson Fastship on its online shipping calculator, receiving monies for Matson shipping, BUT is shipping out via cheaper method (China Post, if at all), and pocketing the balance. Matson may not be aware of this fraudulent scheme.

We took screenshots of everything because buy2you.com lies so much. You have been warned people, if you are worried about being ripped off, STAY FAR WAY from buy2you.com. If you are a million miles away from buy2you.com, you are too close.
