Won't refund my money

I ordered both products on March 20 and receive them on March 24. I misunderstood that they're 14 or as they say 15 day trial was effective from the date of order and not the date of arrival. This is not A true trial for a product and I explain to them that I did not have the money and asked if they would refund it and I would gladly return the products. Thank goodness they were only able to charge me for one product as I would be out over $200. They refused to refund my money as this was not their policy. Don't fall for it it's a scam it doesn't work!

Don't Buy True Skin products

Found the ad on Facebook, ordered the $5.99 trial product. Received the small bottle on a Saturday and the next day received an email for a $98.00 charge for the face cream and additional $98.00 charge for the small eye cream. Never agreed to additional payments. Called the customer service number and was told they wouldn't refund my money.

Eye wrinkle serum-cream ripoff!

I saw an advertisement on Facebook on my smartphone for an eye cream sample for only $5.99. I sent for it and gave them my cc # (for ONLY $5.99). Not knowing I was set up for auto delivery, and that the small product I rec'd to try was going to cost me $100! And, I didn't know there was a 14 day trial period! I certainly DID NOT know this little "sample" bottle was the actual size of product. I feel this is a scam because when I called to speak with a CSR, I was told they couldn't give me a credit on my credit card, basically saying "too bad SUCKER!" No add'l product has been sent, so I I asked for them to credit my account because that's what a reputable company would do to please an upset and unsatisfied customer who feels she was taken advantage of. Why didn't they let people know that this little sample actually was going to cost me $100. No middle class mom can afford this product AND IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK. It's clearly a ripoff and I'm sure I'm not the only woman who was scammed. My credit card has been charged $98.98 for a .5 oz sample eye wrinkle serum AND $98.96 for a 1oz jar of eye cream. That's almost $200 for 2 tiny samples. I asked to speak with a manager and the rep told me the mgr will tell me the same thing; "there's nothing they will do to help me. Something has to be done to stop this company from basically stealing money from unsuspecting women. This is insane!!

Charging credit card for product not ordered

Ordered sample of wrinkle cream, supposedly on Shark Tank, two weeks later charge of 92.99 plus shipping. Did not see any small print saying it was trial and that I would be charged. Called to complain and get refund, said there was nothing they could do.
