I have been ordering from them for about 6 months now without issue until the last 2 times we ordered. We have been taking the same dosage and as many times for about 2 years and recently their kratom has been making us dizzy, and not even helping with our pain. I couldnt even drive my car. I feel like I have vertigo when I take it… it's not cool. I'm not sure if you're cutting it with something or changed vendors, but you just lost a great customer. We have tried to contact customer service over and over without any luck so that's 300$ down the drain bc it's not able to be taken.
