Have purchased a lot of phones from the Bayview and Sheppard location, their warranty program is very good, I had an issue with a Samsung Galaxy S4 which they replaced for me on the spot. Its way better to buy from here compared to making private deals on Kijiji

Bought an iPhone from them after forgetting my phone in a cab (Cab driver was not nice enough to return it). They gave me a very good deal and also sold me a sim card and activated my phone in less than 5 minutes, friendly staff and a good place for those not looking to pay full retail prices.
