I just want to say that Jessie was terrific with me and he showed me a ton of patience and he was very vigilant in taking care of my problem because I literally drove him crazy! I received excellent customer service from him and I think that he is a real "gem" for your organization. Taylor helped a bit too. I definitely will be ordering again from your company in the future because I know that I will receive wonderful customer service anytime. You have a great customer service team! Thank you so much!

This company a FAKE! I've ordered multiple products and have not received them. The phone number provided on their website is connected to an individuals. When reached someone on the phone, the person said that, "this number not belongs to a company, try to send an email". I did and still not respond, products not received.

SCAM WEBSITE. They told me the product had been discontinued, then asked if I'd like something else. I said no and asked for a refund. Then they went cold – no replies, no contact. It's been over a month. They have stolen my money.

SCAM !!
Avoid at all costs I ordered on the 14th and have still not received my order, have sent emails with no reply鈥檚 and the contact form on the site does not work also the contact number goes to an answer phone that you can鈥檛 leave a message on.

I still don't have them. I have been promised them early this week, but promises and no lenes. Customer Service is so rude.

I purchased a set of lenses in mid Feb – they still haven't arrived… The contact form on their site doesn't work (surprise, surprise). My initial emails were ignored which they claim was because they were in the 'spam' folder – how rich! They also only ever seem to respond to every second email I send, the first always gets ignored.
Roll on a couple of weeks and they now reckon my order was sent a few weeks back but to not worry as they would check with the Royal Mail to find out where the package was. Right…
A week on and they still haven't heard back from the RM (which is the only thing they've said that sounds plausible) but for now they will send out a new order for me – how nice! That one didn't arrive either. When pushed to provide evidence that they'd actually send the bloody thing they refused at first, then flat out ignored my requests after.
Hopefully PayPal buyer protection should kick in and I can get my money back.
Definitely avoid!
