They announce free delivery and it is indeed so. The jeans which I ordered were right my size. The color was the same as on the website.

Wish I had found this company a long time ago, as they sell a good selection of well price branded jeans, with frequent offers. Refreshingly they have a tailoring service, as I'm sure that at 5'7 others have struggled to find jeans at a sensible length.Tailoring overpriced a little in my opinion, but compensated by the cost of the item. Good delivery times and customer service, along with a rewards scheme. So overall, quality jeans that actually fit at a sensible price. Will be ordering again, and based on my experience happy to recommend to others.

I ordered 2 pairs of Diesel jeans before I fully read the reviews on here. To my surprise the jeans turned up within 4 working days. The jeans were a style I had bought many times before and the ones delivered were exactly the same quality, style and fit but half the price.I will be using Buy Jeans again.

Just bought some more Jeans – surprise surprise!!

Denim Nation / BuyJeans.net – Have used them before as based just outside Hereford near my relatives/cousins.

Great Prices with free delivery. Could only get them cheaper i guess if worked for them!!

I did check LEVIS.com and seem to be a better prices here at BuyJeans.net / Denim Nation.

at time of payment noticed a size mistake on one pair emailed Customer Services and they sorted and picked the right size – will be delivered today – marvellous

They also do a loyalty program – which can make you jeans a little cheaper.

Does what it says on the Tin. Didn't have my size but came back to me and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. Three days later the jeans arrived, great service. Good company selling a great product with friendly staff.

Ordered a pair of Diesel Jeans 3 weeks ago. Have had to chase them twice to find out they still haven't even received the jeans from Diesel themselves. They get an order once a week and by the sounds of it have no idea when its going to come. They offered me 5% off which as you can imagine is pointless. Still no idea when the jeans are going to come, actually got bored of waiting so went to House of Fraser and got some more anyway.

I have used Buy Jeans three or four times over the last few years to buy my 501s never had a problem, always great service with free delivery so don't mind waiting a few days for delivery. Will definitely use them again.

Apart from delivery times, I'd happily recommend this company. Unless you're lucky and they have what you ordered in stock, assume delivery will take 3 weeks+. But unlike a lot of eBay sellers, they do at least sell the genuine gear.

We all want to buy things as cheap as possible, but sometimes if it's 'too good to be true' then it probably is.
The biggest problem seems to be the timescale that this company operate to. All I can say is that if you decide to order from them, try and predict your jean size that you will be in a couple of months from placing the order, then subtract a couple of inches from the leg size as you will probably be jumping up and down in frustration waiting for delivery. With regards to customer relations, yes they were very friendly but I had no faith in the answers that were given to my questions. I was tempted to ask to speak to one of the companies canine members to see if I could speed up the delivery process. The final straw for me was that I was offered a 10 % discount as a pacifier, only to then find the company was offering this to everyone on their website on that day! So if you want to save money, take a gamble -you could be one of the satisfied customers – but if you want the jeans for next years holiday, maybe go to the high street.

I ordered a pair of jeans from this company 17 days ago & still await delivery! Having chased them several times, again this morning they stated my order was with the courier. Clearly not happy I contacted the courier who confirmed buy jeans had not sent them my package for delivery. Do not use this company unless you are happy to wait, wait, wait & be lied to!

It took them so long to despatch the jeans that I bought another pair from another company so I had to return the jeans to them.
They still haven't refunded my postage costs, in contravention to the distance selling regulations and I will be reporting this to the office of fair trading.

Ordered a pair of Levi 501's on 14/11 needed tailoring so I was not concerned about delivery. Ordered a further two pairs of Wranglers on 30/11 for myself and my son . Read reviews after I had paid and thought Que Sera Sera, but what have I done. Today after having been notified on 7/12 that Levi's had been despatched I received a perfect fitting pair of 501's. Very happy and waiting for the Wranglers. …to be continued

Good news: They are not scammers, they do return your money back.
Bad news: they will keep you waiting for ever while keeping you money

At first they send you email, shortly after purchase and payment, informing about four week delay, citing:

Thank you for your order. Although your item was showing as available for despatch when you placed this order, the supplier have now informed us that this item is on a four week delay, and is due in with our restock deliveries. Deliveries usually arrive in our warehouse on a Thursday.

My sincere apologies for this delay. If you would like to keep the item on order, but have a refund until it arrives in with our restock deliveries, then please let us know and we can process the transaction for you. If you are happy to wait, then we will just leave the order as it is and email you on despatch.

…so I initially waited 4 weeks. Then started to send enquiries, only to get automated responses that:

Thank you for your email enquiry to Buy Jeans sales.
Your enquiry is important to us.
This is an automated email response to acknowledge that your enquiry has been received. Please be assured that we will respond to you directly within two working days.

..but they never did.

I eventually send them request to get my money back. This time they did react and really next day. And did send the money back.

Ordered jeans over 3 weeks ago called after 2 weeks when I hadn't heard anything, lady told me the jeans had been out of stock, but had now been received and sent for tailoring would be with me the following week. Phoned a week later told it would take yet another week as jeans hadn't been sent back from tailoring. Extremely rude unpleasant customer service lady who told me basically if I didn't like it I could have a refund, she then shouted down the phone the refund would take 14 days and hung up. Phoned again and got yet another rude lady and yes 14 days for a refund! Never known such an awful company am now extremely worried that I won't get the refund as they appear to be a very suspect company. Would advise people to avoid this company at all costs.

Company website claimed jeans would be delivered in 8-12 working days, then I received an email telling me this was untrue and I would have to wait an extra 4 weeks.
I cancelled my order by email in accordance with the company's cancellation procedure and was told I'd be refunded in 7-10 days. This period has now passed and no money has been returned to me and I have heard nothing more from them. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs, they can not be relied upon in any way.
Update: after complaining I have now received my refund.

Despite being told the jeans I ordered were in stock it turns out that they weren't! Having chased them several times over nearly three months I was repeatedly told they would be in stock soon, sent next week, blah blah blah…

Eventually I gave up and decided to cancel my order. In fairness to them I did receive a full refund in 10 days.

I ordered in March. In April I received an email apologising for the delay. In May I replied asking for a cancellation. They ignored my reply. I called the customer services debt. They hung up on me and dispatched the jeans regardless. When they arrived they were slight seconds (for Levis this means the red label on the back is not perfect). I returned the order. I have not received a refund.

Although the jeans are good value in the sales, the customer service is truly dreadful and misleading. Use Amazon instead – you can find jeans just as cheap but they actually deliver them!

I ordered some 501s that were 'in stock' on their website and would be delivered 'within 12 days'. I then got sent an email saying there would be a 3 week delay, because 'in stock' means they are 'in stock with Levis', not in their warehouse! Levis supposedly couldn't supply them. Then, when 3 weeks later my jeans still hadn't arrived I emailed them. 4 days later they email back to say the jeans again hadn't arrived in the delivery and I'd have to wait another 3 weeks for yet another delivery from Levis. So, an order for jeans placed in mid April would eventually arrive with me in the second week of June – if there isn't yet another delay! I'd recommend shopping somewhere even if you have to pay a few quid more. I've asked for a refund – let's see how long that takes to come.

I've ordered from this company before and had no problems. I even made a mistake on the sizes once and they replied to my email the next day and had corrected my order.
This year I ordered the same jeans again and have been waiting for just over 3 weeks. I emailed them a week ago asking for a delivery date and had just the automated reply, no answer. I emailed them again yesterday and had no reply.
I will not be ordering again in future and will have to block their advertising emails, because unsubscribing doesn't work!
