Ordered a cream (100鈧? in May 2020. It was "shipped" on the 5th. 5 months later not received. Their email address doesn't work. Their contact number for Germany is a recording of a woman saying "it's March, some game has been cancelled, leave a message" Tracking numbers does not exist! "
They are scammers!

bought 2 products from this company with free shipping for 29.99. When it was time to check out the only shipping option was "express shipping" for 6 plus dollars. Express shipping? It did not ship for 5 days and then took another 4 days to get here….. Then, there was only one bottle in the shipment instead of the two. No explanation.. shipped like a complete order. So we had to go search for a number to call as their web page leaves a lot to be desired. We were told the other product was no longer being made. OK… Should we not have been notified? Informed? Something??? We were not given a price for the missing item but offered a 25% refund (7.98) on the price of the total order. Is that what I actually paid? I guess had we NOT called them we would not have even offered that. Who hare these people and how can they still be in business?

I WAS DIRECTED TO THIS SITE TO BUY A CREAM. THE WEBSITE HAS ALL THESE "100% GUARANTEED SECURE PAYMENT" STUFF ALL OVER (WHICH WAS SUSPICIOUS TO ME). WHEN I FINISHED ORDERING THE PRODUCT, PUTTING IN ALL OF MY INFORMATION, THE PAGE JUST WENT RIGHT BACK TO WHERE IS WAS BEFORE. NO CONFIRMATION, NO EMAIL, NOTHING!!!! I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY STILL HAVENT PROCESSED ANYTHING EITHER. LOOKING AT THE OTHER REVIEWS AS WELL, IT SEEMS THAT THEY DONT CHARGE RIGHT AWAY SO THAT YOU FORGET OR SOMETHING. SCAMMMMMMM!!!!!

When I ordered I thought something was off when I was charged 40$ instead of 36.95..I couldnt check my order on the site. So I went to the reviews and seen scam dont order from them by everyone. I started to freak out . So I called my card right away and canceled the order . Still hoping they dont scam me for more money like they have to others . I should have read the reviews first .

Scam!! Placed order 8 days ago. They processed it just today. I have never got any confirmation or shipping e-mail. If I did not make a skein shot of my order I even did not know how to find the order. Today on a phon I've been told that it shipped and in NJ already. I insisted on a tracking number. Well, the order was processed just today. And now, after all this lie, I am not sure about what I will get.

Ordered ta cream today my bank contacted me due to suspicious activity they tried charging using different business names for 拢40+ over 5 times , bank managed to prevent these payments but I would not of known if it wasn't for the bank! Not sure if the product I ordered will even come not looking hopefull may have lost 拢25

I came across this website because I was looking for breast actives. I got charged twice for it and I also started getting charged for other products I didn't order. Thankfully I caught it early so they only charged my card a total of 7 times, but each time the charge was higher! When I called my bank to see what was going on, they checked and those charges were set up as reoccurring charges. They were going to keep charging my card and they were going to charge me higher each time. Do not buy from this website it's a scam to get your money!!

Hi, I have purchased 2 Quantity 1 Revitol Stretch Mark but when I got email then come to know that I have ordered 2. They confirmed that they are sending 1 only but they have charged for 2 quantity. Also it was written that I will get tracking no. in 5 days. Now it has been 9 days, no tracking no. received and also no one is picking customer care no. Please suggest any email id so that I can know what the status of my order and why only 1 quantity they are sending if they charged for 2. I have also paid shipment charges 4.69$. Don't be fouled by all the "verified" & "safe" stickers at the bottom of the webpage it is everything but.
I ordered a ONE MONTH supply of breast actives advertised as $34.99 and free shipping from this site and have run into several problems. After reading other reviews (sadly after I was over charged $175) many people have had the same issues.
Within minutes of placing the order I received a confirmation email like normal and it says my order has 6 bottles of Breast Actives for $119.94. About 5 minutes later I received another email confirmation for a second order for 3 bottles of "Garcinia CambogiaI" which I had no idea what this even was for another total of $89.95. I wrote and email back saying that this was incorrect and need to cancel both orders after 2 days still no response. $209.89 for something that was supposed to be $34.99????
I called them when I received the shipping confirmation 2 days after I had still not heard back via email. And of course the customer service rep does not speak English very well after repeating the issue several times he continued to just repeat the same thing over and over and over and I began to get super frustrated. I then asked to be transfered to a manager he stumbled and finally spit out that "no one was avaliable" and I could call back in "an hour, or two, or 3." What the hell your manager just disappears for 1-3 hours? So I try one more time to explain I just wanna cancel these orders that are nowhere near right. He tells me they can not cancel orders due to high volume or orders.
He tells me I can return them for a refund but there will be a $10 restocking fee for each bottle mmmm that's 9 bottles that's $90 and once again this order was supposed to be $34.99! $90 and I walk away with no product not anything but wasted time and money. He tells me I can chose to keep the product and since all of a sudden I became a "valued customer" he will give me a 30% discount…wow what an AMAZING deal on stuff I didn't even want in the first place ha! He tells me that the order of Garcinia Cambogia, which I had no idea what it was is a weight loss pill…. I weigh 120 pounds and am 5'7" I'm good on that I have no weight to lose I will shrivel away. So even if I had it there is no freaking use for it in my life.
Oh I almost forgot when I looked at my credit card statement I had 3 separate charges one for each order and a $3.00 charge. When I asked about this he said it was shipping insurance , which I clearly remember unchecking the box but whatever I won't make a deal over $3… But found it odd there was 2 different charges for each order and I only put my card information in one time wouldn't it be the same order?
I have written yet another email stating to speak to a manager we will see if that happens, but reading other peoples reviews they obviously do not care about customer satisfaction and do not fix problems.
Very very very disappointed I have never had such a horrible time ordering anything. I've never written a review before today that's how livid I am. I would recommend everyone to stay far away from this company.

My personal experience with BuyHealth was better than expected. I received my products within a few days of ordering, which was very surprising (in a good way) because most online companies take more than 2-3 days to deliver your orders. The customer service was excellent and the representatives that assisted me with my order made things so easy. The logistics of BuyHealth are not the only things that make the company worth while, the products they sell do wonders! I highly recommend this company if you are looking to purchase health and beauty products.

This company is actually delivers their promises. which is rare nowadays. Shipment comes fast and superior customer service always on call. i am definitely a returning customer, once again.
