Buy From China & Ship Worldwide: Taobao, 1688, Tmall, JD Or Any Seller

This company is likely a scam. They held my product for a week before shipping it, I received no response whatsoever, and only received a response after emailing numerous times (that's the only way to contact them, they have no business phone number).

When I finally did get a response they wanted to charge me over $100USD for something I knew cost less than $10USD to ship (I had previously shipped this product via TaoBao). If you google their "warehouse" address you get a residential area.

Use TaoBao to ship for you. It's cheap and fast. No need to use chinaebuys.

FRAUD ALERT!!!! You will pay and never get your item

Everything professional to the point of payment (via western union) so you have no guarantee…I wish i checked reviews before hand. I had my items delivered to the warehouse( which pobably isnt one) and then was told it would be 拢176 to ship – I have decided to cut this as a loss and will not be transferring my money as i am almost 100% positive i will never receive my item! Just avoid!

They will make everything seems legit and standardized after you transferred the money disappeared like a spooky ghost. Please make sure not dealing with them

First they will reply your emails and questions professionally and quick. The first transaction went good, although very slow. Then i placed a bigger order, after they received my goods at there where house, i got this mail: "Dear ..,

It's been a while since you last used our service so perhaps you're not aware so let me update you.

PayPal is very strict on Chinese merchants facilitating the purchase and shipping of goods from Taobao, Tmall etc. because they are concerned with customers purchasing replica goods from Taobao, amongst other reasons and can suddenly freeze China merchant's PayPal accounts if they find out their business is involved with Taobao without needing to give any explanation or notice period in advance.

As a result, due to to a disagreement over their merchant policy, we have over the last few months made a company decision to stop accepting PayPal. The business risk of having huge sums of money in our PayPal account suddenly frozen out of the blue is too high. Now our customers mostly pay via Western Union or Wire Transfer while our local customers pay via Alipay or WeChat Pay (you can pay using these methods if you have a Chinese account).

In your case you can also pay via Bank/Wire Transfer but we recommend Western Union because it's the easiest method and also the fastest."

After i made a payment using Western union they did not reply again, money and goods are gone.

EDIT: After a very long time they did finaly reply and the parcel has arrived. Took 3 months.

Ghost company, they get your money, then disappear. Scam.

I also can confirm that Chinaebuys has great customer service before you pay them, and then after payment they completely go silent….have been inquiring about my order for MONTHS, and no reply. Feel completely cheated!

Supposing that it is a real company,I chose Chinaebuys.com as a Taobao agent on 26th of May. I have been waiting for my goods since then.
It is like ghost's company and not possible to get reply about why they do not ship my goods. I both lost time and throw my USD 270 for nothing. I would not expect that I was cheated..
I do not know if there is a way of compensating my money, at least more people won't make the same mistake.
