Waited a month for it,been told it will arrive on december 25th,right like that will happen!Its a personilised 1st christmas mug,which will not want as wont come until after,they said cant have a refund as its personilised! Why sell 1st christmas if they know you wont get it in time,they have had a month!

I placed an order from BUY.com but it was from SLOW MOOSE a seller on this site.I paid on the 30th November only to be told today I wont get it.I now have to wait on a refund to try and get my grandson another xmas present???I am so angry I will never buy from BUY.com again as it is their responsibility as to they are allowing to sell on this site!I've issued a case through paypal but now I have to wait on my refund
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Having seen a triple bunk bed on Buy.com (Caramel -Bexley Wooden Triple Bunk Bed) I assumed that I was going to get what was in the advertising photo and product description. Alas, not to be..it advertised storage cupboards underneath which never arrived. On enquiring why, the seller said the advert listing is wrong, there are no storage cupboards. So how do Buy.com not know this? Do they check and verify the seller products before listing them ? False advertising..hopefully others will be aware in future. PS the bed also had missing screw attachments which I had to ask the seller for. Buy.com doesn鈥檛 seem to get involved with such issues, just leads you back to the seller. Doubt I will use either of them again.

Very Rubbish service. I ordered 2 dresses for my mum. Only one of them came after 1 month and I cannot even contact them to enquire about the other dress. Will never order from here ever again and would not recommend anyone to order from here. Very disappointed!!!

Bought a logitech webcam and sent in rebate info. Camera came, no problem. Never heard anything about the rebate and no way to communicate with the company, i.e., by phone. Feel like I was scammed.

I've had nothing but excellent experiences with buy.com, and I've made many purchases. I've bought a computer, memory cards, headphones, toys, an MP3 player, and a portable hard drive – to name a few.

Even though I try not to make it the only factor in my buying decisions, I must admit that price first brought me to buy.com. I came across them via an online search engine while shopping for electronics, and the price they offered was about the lowest offered. Since then, I've bought many things, and they continue to offer among the lowest prices available for the items I'm purchasing.

Another huge factor for me is shipping costs. Rightly or wrongly, an offer of free shipping always gets my interest! Virtually every item I've purchased from buy.com has come with free shipping. The items for which I have paid shipping have had reasonable costs.

I've also been extremely pleased with the speed of shipping. Many of my items have come before I expected them to arrive – including some last minute items before Christmas of 2008. I can only recall one item that arrived a day or two later than expected. Order fulfillment has been completely accurate in my experience.

The quality of my purchased items has been uniformly high. Everything I've bought has been as expected – or better! The laptop computer I purchased as a refurbished model, but you'd never know it from the packaging, condition, and operation. It's been an excellent computer, and saved me over $300 over a comparable new model.

The one company division with which I've had little experience has been Customer Service. There hasn't really been any reason for me to talk to them! The web site is well done, and I really like the ability for purchasers to review products – this is usually a major factor in helping me determine which product to pick. I also get an email or two weekly from buy.com with the "Buys of the Week." Perhaps more junk mail for some, but it's nice eye candy – hard to resist buying sometimes when you see the deals available! "Wow, a 1TB drive for only $90 and free shipping?!!"

No, I am not an employee of buy.com, and they did not compensate me for this review. It's just that I've had great experiences, and have no reservations about purchasing from them!
