They want 2 months rent+deposit and sign contract to pay that money back when you leave. They wont pay back anything and lawyers cant do anything, because corruption is very strong in that little poor country…

The company is not professional. They treat the move in and move out process like it's trivial and dont document anything. Also, they don't do any mediation between tenant and landlord disputes, so they are pretty much useless. They don't know how to treat customers. Its aweful. I am not going to do business with them ever again.
