I ordered a steelecraft grill guard and recieved a generic one. I called the company and talked to Lisa who told me 鈥測ou have to read the fine print, the one pictured isn鈥檛 necessarily the one you鈥檙e going to get.鈥?I had read ALL the fine print twice! After she tried to get me to buy a considerably more expensive one I told her I wanted to return it and get a full refund. She told me that It had to be in the original box and I would have to pay the return shipping and a restocking fee.
I didn鈥檛 have the original box because delivery guy left it in the driveway in the rain and it was thrown away.
Not until I had my attorney call did they arrange to pick it up and approx 10 days later finally issued a full refund.
I guess they thought I wouldn鈥檛 notice that they had sent me some cheap bolt together grill guard!

The customer service rep (Lisa) was very rude and hanged up the phone before I could provide her an alternate address to ship my product. My online order was not acted on for over 4 days until I called and Lisa informed me that due to the size of item, they will not ship to residential address. She did not apologize for not contacting me about the delay in shipping my order.
I have sent several emails but received little or no response. Finally, I removed the large item in my order so that they can ship it to my residence. The auto email sent to me said that FedEx will provide me a tracking number in 24-48hrs. It has been over 124hrs (4 days excluding weekend) since I received that email and I have not received a tracking number or update on my order. Called FedEx today and they have no record of my order.
Buyers beware about this company!!!

Wish i had payed more money and went with another company. Purchased a Pro Rack and received it with now hardware. Now i'm fighting with both the manufacturer and buyautotruckaccessories to get them……………Do not waste your time with this company like i did!

Ordered an item and ended up selling vehicle before it arrived (2 weeks plus). Never removed it from box. No invoice or instructions in box. Called at least 6 times before I finally got a person. They said to go to website and fill out application for returning product and they would send me a return authorization number? Still waiting for number. Why can't you just return the product with the name and other information and send a refund? Have since called numerous times and sent e-mails with no response.

Terrible experience. Buyer Beware!! Does not stand behind their "Satisfaction Guaranteed" statement. Horrible customer service, long shipping time, received inferior and unusable product, difficult return process. Had to call to finally get my credit, BUT they reduced by refund by over 23 percent!! Terrible company!! NEVER AGAIN!!
