Buy Aid A/S

I've worked with Buy Aid for several years, since they first contacted me and asked if I wanted to make a donation to their selected charity at that time (if I remember correctly, it was for children's clowns at Rigshospitalet). The nice thing about Buy Aid is that they provide you, the donating company, with gifts that you can share with your customers. So, over the years, I have purchased chocolate, coffee, pens, post-it notes, USB sticks… and more. Very useful, if you regulary attend exhibitions, or like to give gifts to your important customers.

Quality of the gifts is always excellent, e.g. great chocolate, coffee etc. I no longer worry about the quality of the product that Buy Aid provides.

Telesales staff are polite and give full information without being pushy. Products promised are delivered promptly, and are as described. One can always discuss the buy-to-aid mechanism in place of the standard charity donation, but that is a matter of personal preference and company (marketing) policy, and not up for discussion in terms of this rating.
