But than after I orderd. 2min later I got my account details and the admin help me very fast with my account details so I could change the email.

I bought a steam account with csgo gold nova 3 and only received the steam account login details but not the original email which is essential so no one can take back the steam account i bought, and it says in the shop it is included. Contacted the live support and they said they don't provide that anymore because of chargebacks, and that they will give me the email after 6 months. They could give me the original email earlier if i send them a some sort of agreement to their support mail which is unacceptable and a refund was not possible either because i played on it.
