This company are disgraceful. They couldn't fulfill my order, within the time frame specified by them, which I only found out by chasing them. The sales staff are ignorant and rude and left me seething with anger. I cancelled a very expensive (probably over-priced) item as I had to buy another as I was collecting rescue chicken and they refused to acknowledge my cancellation request or provide an update on the request. Please avoid buying for this company at costs.

I placed an extremely poor review re this company this spring. Every thing I said was a completely accurate and fair account of my experience which involved a prolonged delay of delivery and no communication from the company except generic emails . I eventually had my item delivered ( a small bantam arc) a few months after ordering and after I had requested to cancel the order 3 times as it was so late.
The company challenged my review and I was invited to comment/ challenge by trust pilot. By this time I was sick of the whole thing and just couldn鈥檛 be bothered to fight back any more. My bantam house is now warping significantly. I am not going to attempt to broach with this with Buttercup farm as I have no faith in them. I am purring it down to a bad experience and will obviously never go near them again. When I made my initial review on trust pilot I noted many , many other similar reviews to mine. I note they continue.

I would recommend them to anyone, good quality gate arrived and on time, was missing a fixing but very promptly they sent me it.

Useless – my bank had to step in to get a VISA charge back.

10-20 days was promised me. They do not answer phone calls, they do not reply to emails.

Get in contact with your bank if you have an order in from this company. I paid with a debit card (VISA) and I was covered. It does take longer but you will get a refund. I guarantee the refund will come before you get any item.

OH – then when the refund is confirmed you get an email off them saying it will be dispatched in 2 days and to contact them to pay.

Spot on service – 10 working days as promised. Chairs excellent quality. I purchased them for my dad who has poor mobility. They are sturdy and the arms make them easy to get up from. He loves them.

I bought a beautiful wooden garden swing from Buttercup Farm. Delivery was arranged with a phone call from them, and it arrived on the day as they said it would. The delivery chap was very helpful assisting to get the pieces to our back garden. The swing came in just 4 peices with ful instructions. The swing took only 45 mins to bolt together, it is very sturdy, excellent quality, looks lovely in our garden and is also very comfortable (it even has our little dogs seal of approval! high praise indeed). I would give several more stars for the whole buying experience, and would definately reccommend Buttercup Farm! One very happy customer.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought an arbour which when delivered was awful. Screws missing or not in properly, split wood, wood cut short, the list goes on. I called to ve told i had to email. I emailed 3 times before being promised that a new one would be delivered and fitted on Monday, guess what… nobody arrived. My further 3 emails have now been ignored! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I鈥檝e called twice and they said they would call back but haven鈥檛. Numerous emails sent and no response at all.

Like so many other BAD reviews I have read, I ordered a gazebo (which took for ever), when it was unpacked there was extensive damage, I rang and spoke to a female who was rude and aggressive!!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered my garden furniture on the 22nd of May, they took the money from my account twice and said I made a duplicate order! So why did I only get an invoice for one! I got the refund after a week. NO customer service whatsoever. Very rude also. I still haven't received my furniture, I have asked for a refund several times and am in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards and Ombudsman. The company is a joke please save yourself the time and effort pay a little more and buy from a company who actually cares.

We had a mixed experience with this company, and at one point really feared that we had been scammed, but, we did get the item we ordered (eventually) and the quality of the item was excellent.

Problem was dishonesty from customer services. Ahead of placing an order it is easy to speak to them, which we did, to check about delivery times in the current crisis. The item was curb side delivery and so it was essential that the delivery was ahead of the man of the house returning to work because I am shielding so could not spend time on the street moving the item a piece at a time. Buttercup farm assured us that this was not going to be a problem , took the order and the money and then failed to deliver.

Phones go unanswered, emails are ignored, live chat is not operational much of the time and when they do respond they promise an update that you don鈥檛 get.

They told us the item had been dispatched when it hadn鈥檛.

But, we did get there in the end.

We recommend the item, but not the company.

Shocking service from this company, I have requested a refund four times now as my goods still haven't arrived and they were in stock when ordered in May! It is beyond a joke that you have to keep chasing for what is rightfully yours, the money came out of my bank straight away but not quick to return it. One email i received was appalling, they need to send the staff to get some customer training! I understand there may be a delay with deliveries, we are all trying to work through covid 19, they are not on their own!! but there is a way to speak to people especially customers. I would never leave a review like this normally but i feel people should know before spending money here. I Would not recommend them at all.

The reply you have sent today Thursday 18th June! was a standard reply to my first email!! please feel free to share the other emails, with the whole message on! I will send you the order details….Yet again and maybe this time you will REFUND MY MONEY!! I just want what is rightfully mine! If i took goods without paying for them, i would be arrested!!

I will NEVER again buy from this company and advise anyone to think very carefully before doing so. I was told on the phone in May my item was in stock so I bought online a large expensive chicken house. Over the next few weeks I could not get any response via phone or email so I cancelled my order. They are now not responding to my request for my money back. I will be taking legal advice and contacting trading standards!

GARBAGE.
Scam company. Take your money, don鈥檛 send items. No customer service, just one lady who pretended she couldn鈥檛 hear me on the phone and put it down when I asked about my order. I hope she reads this one day.

I ordered a bench, when it arrived it was very poorly wrapped, no care had been taken to protect the bench. It was wrapped in cellophane, no cardboard or anything. No surprise there was damage from transport or maybe before. We contacted the company with picture's and have had no contact since. Very disappointing.

Where to start. I ordered a treehouse for my sons birthday for the end of May. Buttercup stated on their website that it would arrive mid May.

I processed the order and a week later their third party delivery company said the earliest they could do was the 2nd of July.

Due to Covid-19 I can understand this, but buttercup should not be guaranteeing customers something they can鈥檛 deliver on.

I have repeatedly emailed them for a full refund and received one email in reply. Stating that they are pleased to have booked my delivery for July.

More emails have followed from myself asking for a refund and still no reply. Their delivery company have emailed them to request a refund. No reply.

Considering this is not a cheap product and we are living in difficult times, every penny counts to my household and companies failing to deliver on what they are offering is a disgrace.

Still to do the day their website states delivery in 14 days despite the delivery company telling me they are looking at 5 weeks.

I can鈥檛 stress enough do not buy through buttercup farm or their subsidiary pink sky trading. The worst customer service I have come across – in a time when communications with customers is vital.

Failed to deliver items, no reply to emails or phone calls. Requested cancellation and refund twice and still no joy. Several people having the same problem. Have now requested money back via credit card company. This site is run by Pink Sky Trading Ltd and have another site: Lemon Pavillion also seem to have a lot of bad reviews.

I would like to point out
Your site says 24 hrs someone on the chat I wont say who was showing on line as I thought someone was there I rang once at midnight and rang the office I do not have anyones mobile. Maybe it was diverted to a mobile . not my fault. I find the e mail an e mail fitting of their attitude and no this will not be the last you hear of me. Take note of the tone.
