Fantastic service. We were a group of aprox 40 people from Spain travelling to Albania for a wedding and the service provided by BusRent.al was incredible. Before going to Albania they were very professional answering the emails, queries and suggestions we had. Once in Albania, very high quality buses, the drivers very helpful and always ontime. They even arranged a small tour to Tirana an managed to find a very good Spanish speaking guide.

We have been very pleased with the communication provided by BusRent.al. Ferjolt has always sent helpful replies and been flexible if our plans have changed. He was in touch with our group leader before each excursion to confirm the arrangements and the name of the driver. The time keeping of the drivers was excellent.

From initial contact through to delivery I found the handling of my needs exceptionally good.

I was transferring approx. 100 Scottish football supporters to/ from cities within Albania. BusRent.al suggested that I may wish to consider a tour en route, I agreed.

Two coaches arrived on time, accompanied by two English speaking local guides, we visited Kruja a lovely historical town en route and other locations with the guides explaining the significance.
