Far worse than any competitors at customer service
I had booked a few buses with them and would strongly recommend not doing so. While the website works relatively well once anything goes wrong they wash their hands of you. Customer service live chat, every message of theirs takes half an hour to come through. With the phone line it is almost impossible to talk to anyone you just go round in circles of automated messages.
After 5 days of talking to them on the live chat, they agreed I could have a refund as a credit note to be used on any of the buses from their site. Once I chose a bus to use this on they said that this bus wasn't applicable because it was outsourced to another bus company.
