It was easy to purchase bus tickets on BusOnlineTicket.com website or mobile app. Some of the companies do not have admin charge, which is good. Keep it up guys!

Easy online booking process! I was pleasantly surprised that it is so fast and easy, and there is no need to pick up tickets an hour before anymore. Just turn up, check your name is on the passenger list and board. Comfortable seats made the trip pass really fast with enough rest stops.

Worst Experience Ever! We booked a combined package of a bus and ferry tickets from Singapore to Tioman. We were later informed that the bundle they are advertising and selling on their website actually arrive at a different ferry terminal from the one ours was departing from. They make us pay for a change fee for both our tickets. We were later notified that they only sold us a one way bus ticket and a return ferry ticket so we were required to book a return bus ticket. We were quite skeptical about booking the ticket directly from their platform as we noticed that it wasn't necessarily transparent and we asked for the assistance of their customer service representative to send us the bus schedule so we can book the most convenient return bus trip. They send us an itinerary of the wrong dates without or knowledge and guess what they made us do again? You got that right! They requested another change fee. Both mistakes were made on their end. All their tickets are non-refundable so you can't even request for your money back. All they will make you do is pay for higher fees. In the end, the amount you pay for two people through their platform is equivalent to booking a private car/van to take there and back. 10/10 would never recommend to anyone.

My credit card was charged but they have shown me the payment failed.
I had to try 3 credit cards and at least paypal worked.
Worst experience of any booking websites ever.
Don't book on such site!

They allowed me to do counter pay for a ticket despite the fact that the bus was full. I found out after 2 hours and so they wanted to refund me. I asked if instead they could just book me for another bus to Bangkok. They gave me options of ones available, but said they were out of Mae Sai, not Chiang Rai which is where I was. I said I could make the 8 P.M. one. They emailed back and said it was now full but there is a 7:20 P.M. one. I said book me for that one. They said it was an extra 139 baht. I said fine, they sent me the link to pay, with a payment window of 10 minutes. I tried to pay as quick as possible to meet the window. They emailed back and only now informed me that the bus they were booking me for was 5:45 P.M., which was not the time agreed but I thought I could make it if I hurried. I got on a bus to Mae Sai. Half way through the bus ride, about 1 hour later, I got an email that said the extra 139 baht was not payed quickly enough, so they could not book me. They said if the ticket was still available, I could book it at the window in Mae Sai. It was not avaiable. I rode the bus back to Chiang Rai. So after 6 hours emailing back and forth and 4 hours of riding the bus just trying to get a bus to Bangkok which they kept offering me, I got nowhere. I spent a great deal of time, money, and effort, but got nothing. They offered me a refund. I gave them my bank details. They said they couldn鈥檛 send it to overseas banks. They asked if they could send it to my paypal. I said yes, but told them they can鈥檛 send it to the email I was contacting them over, so I told them to send it to a different email. They sent it to the wrong email, so I never even got my refund. THE WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE I have ever had. The level of incompetence is extraordinary, that I am left speechless that at every single turn they made a mistake.

The customer service is bad. They are refuse to me for changing the booking due to urgent working purpose. As their website Terms&Condition said customer can change the booking, if the bus operator not allow to change, it should write up and show to customer about the notice. SUCKS website!
