I booked my flights through etravel, and when there was widespread global disruption, they were excellent in helping me get a full refund, very friendly and answered the phones quickly.

The team at etravel (Dave in particular) were incredibly helpful in rebooking me when a flight was cancelled and my schedule rearranged. With just one email I was booked on to new flights exactly how I wanted and it was all done with friendliness. I would seriously recommend.
