Product description needs to be expanded to state the full Macbook model it is for.

The item was delivered in two days which is great. I didn't receive an email telling me it had been dispatched at all though. I ordered a second item and asked for it to be delivered to a neighbour, courier tried to deliver it twice then I had to fetch it from the depot. I would have preferred the website to say delivery to a neighbour was not an option.
Overall brilliant service and product as described.

Whilst the despatch note clearly stated "If out leave with either neighbour in the special instructions box – the label on the parcel said "Addressee only" and "No to Neighbour"!

Luckily I caught the delivery van just as the driver was completing the "out – pick up from depot" card – which would have entailed a 30 minute drive to collect.

Encouraged by the other reviews here, I tried out this site (which I'd never heard of before but which offered much the best price for the product I wanted). All went flawlessly. Very pleased with the experience and the price.

Not a flash website, but the order and payment process were straightforward and without any stress. There was no tracking information available for my item, but email updates on the order were fine and the parcel arrived much quicker than expected and was well padded inside. Overall I was impressed, and I will consider using this company again for tech/ electrical goods ordering.

The website was a tad minimal, coming without pictures of the actual item I was purchasing – I'd scoped it out via other websites. However, the price quoted was better than others were asking for and others on Trust Pilot had testified to having good experiences. I took a chance and ordered through them. I paid extra for next day delivery and left instructions for the courier, in case I wasn't home when they delivered.
Sure enough, the next day, I got a card through my door from Parcelforce, who had ignored (or not received?) my instructions. At least on the Saturday morning, I was able to go to their depot. Apart from this, the company delivered the correct item on the correct day, at a competitive price.

Ordered a mouse from Businesstechsavers and the whole process was very easy and quick from finding the product to going through to checkout. Delivery was supposed to be 3-4 days but the product showed up the next day which was fantastic. Would recommend the company for all your computer needs.

Can't comment o the actual product ordered as that has yet to be received even though it was ordered over a week ago with a 2-4 day delivery.
But sorry to say that the customer service is next to nothing – have left 2 phone messages and sent a web e-mail but am still waiting for anyone to bother to get back to me and, hopefully, provide an update on my order. Notifce though that the company did manage to take the money for my order 4 days ago!!

The ink arrived very quickly. They sent more ink than I'd ordered which was a bit of a pain, but their customer service was fine and it was resolved quickly.

Cannot fault this camera at all, so far it does what it says. The picture quality is as it states night and day. Well worth the money to keep any accident as proof. Number plates are read with ease

This website was a great find, whilst looking for a specific item. So much so that I will add it to my web browser's 'Favourites' for future purchases.

Don't know whether they would be able to provide customer support but if you know what you need and want it as cheap as it gets….. then this may be the company for you. Their price was the best I could find and their P&P charges were reasonable. They even dispatched my phone quicker than the advert said. 5 stars

We ordered our item on Friday and it came on Monday, even without paying for express delivery – brilliant!

I've just used Businesstechsavers for the first time to buy printer ink. Ordered 8 inks, only 6 turned up the following day. No notification that the remaining 2 inks we're coming separately. I had to chase Businesstechsavers to get the remaining 2. I've missed the delivery service for these inks twice now, so I will have to go to the depot to get them. Sort of trashes the point of internet+delivery… Disappointing.

My order was processed very quickly and efficiently and when I rang with a query the member of staff I spoke to was very helpful. I would recommend this company highly. Many thanks.
