Horrendous company!! NEVER USE! Promised to end my old credit card facility service and put me onto a cheaper one that would save me money, they also confirmed they would link my current website up with the new provider. Got me to sign a contract and then dropped off the face of the planet, have rang them everyday and can only get a receptionist who confirms every single member of the company is on annual leave and can I 'stop blocking the phone lines'. Now paying for 2 services instead of 1 🙁
