A girl called claiming to be from British Gas renewal dept about my contract renewal. I knew straight away it was a scam as my contract was only renewed a few months ago. She claimed 3 times she was from British Gas, then changed to working on behalf of BG, then when I pushed more she finally said she was from this company called Business Power Solutions! This is fraud and misrepresentation! They are clearly scammers and aim to scam unsuspecting members of the public! Not today and not with me!! My advice to anyone contacted by these people is to hang up and block their number!
