Absolute fraud.
Paid Ticket Amsterdam – Singapore (Business Class) for my 79 year old mother. (KLM Ticket)
Quoted was 21-Jan return 25-March (2020)
Eventually after many emails I got a ticket for 23-Jan-2020 (ONE WAY TICKET)

(Through Delta, bought with air miles by businessfirstinternational.com) but when my mother and brother arrived on Amsterdam airport the ticket was not valid. Had to buy at the airport a new ticket.

Refund was promised (I have all details black on white on email and phone) but till today no refund and zero replies back on emails / text messages.

Fraud from this company and Mary Anne. I dealt with Mary Anne and it was a disaster. I paid for a ticket on August 2nd and on August 6th she emailed that the ticket had been issued and would be sent to me shortly. It is August 23rd now and after repeated request to get the ticket, nothing was issued. Mary Anne was full of excuses and then after 2 weeks said she would issue a refund which never happened. I had to call Amex to stop payment and issue a refund. This company tried to steal my money. ….Please beware.
