Very bad experience with them. They don't insure any costumers and they don't value any costumers. They are playing games, a lot of promising of help. Opening despute with PayPal is waisting of times they gave me 60 day frame times, then claiming not approved. You have to deal with vova limited otherwise any later payment you faced charges! How is that sounds. Good isn't it? As I qualified them., the weakest credit card merchant ever. Why you breakdown you rules? You promised to resolve the issue!

Why you shouldn't use PayPal? PayPal is NOT a bank! PayPal "acts" like it's a bank but it's not REGULATED like a bank. In 2002, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) declared PayPal doesn't meet the definition of a bank. PayPal doesn't even hold a bank charter so most states license PayPal as a "money service." Why is this important? Since PayPal isn't a bank, it's not required to maintain the level of security, customer service or dispute resolution services that banks provide. This is why PayPal is able to suddenly and inexplicably freeze accounts and permanently seize funds with little explanation. It's caveat emptor with any transaction through PayPal. It's just easier to stay away from PayPal. There are better alternatives that are more secure and reliable than PayPal.

It's very pleasant, especially the perfume, low price and it is the best and suit for all the consumers that likes to go everywhere. They can use it rain or shine.
