I had a few very specific requirements and time restraints that I imagined would be too difficult for any agent to deal with. Ms. Carrasco handled everything and managed to secure my insurance within in my, rather ridiculous, time frame. Adriana Carrasco was very professional, understanding, and flexible. A+

The process was easy. I got exactly what I wanted for less than the quoted amount.

The process from start to finish was relatively painless. The only part that was a little annoying was getting quotes in spurts rather than all together and the lack of a way to easily compare "apples to apples" via a matrix of some kind. Once I got to the point of actually purchasing, the process became a 5 star process with Holly.
