The Business-in-a-Box software has been very valuable and literally made my life easier when it comes to business documents to a point that I can't live without it. The BiB software is always my first stop when preparing essential business documents.

I have used the BiB software since 2017 and I am reaping the rewards of my investment to this day. I am reviewing the BiB cloud version with the view of capitalising on the benefits offered on the cloud platform.

I Love this application it is very useful and has everything you need to operate a small business.

Documents are totally disorganized and duplicated. The same documents are located multiple times in the same folder and even more times throughout the whole business-in-a-box.

I have been working through it downloading many of the main folders only to find that I am downloading the same documents 10-15 times.

Its an organizational mess and will take 20 man hours to sort out and make useable. The only real way to find what you are looking for is to type it in the search box.

I bought the Lifetime package Business-In-A-Box in 2018 after 12 months my License key was not valid anymore so I could not use the templates at all but was directed to "buy". I contacted support and customer services by mail and phone (at least 5 times for the last three weeks – no answer – no reaction – no nothing 鈧?99.- down the drain. BEWARE (i keep on trying to get the license key or a refund – if unsucessfull I will certainly consider legal steps

Give me a template and I am good to go. Business in a box does just that. As an entrepreneur and in the Real Estate Industry in Ghana, I don鈥檛 have to always rely on others to give me a template. I am always sorted.

BUSINESS IN A BOX SCAM!!!!
Tried the free demo but was not working no terms and conditions were presented.

Paid for the software as it had a 30 day money back guarantee. That's when it looked like a Scam! I'm in NZ and the templates were USA based and not applicable to me. I sent an email trying to get my refund and they then sent terms saying if I activated it then fat chance for a refund. Underhand tactics for a genuine customer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Just an update still trying to fight for my refund and dealing with Mary J. Smith, the responses are drawn out and still refusing to refund me at this stage – very frustrating but I will keep this site updated.

the documents provided from business in a box are an excellent basis for establishing your administration for a company small or large. It is an easy system to use and can dramatically reduce the time needed in getting a company up and running.

I've been using Business-in-a-Box a a few years now. It's an amazing piece of software and I wouldn't be able to run my business with such ease without the document templates it contains. Their customer service is fantastic too – always responds quickly and super friendly. I highly recommend the company.

I bought this software 8 years ago. My system crashed several times and whenever I ask the activation key, I get a reply within 8 hours time and get new keys. customer service is Excellent!

After not being able to activate my Business-in-a-Box (BIAB) on a new computer, I received immediate help (within 4 hours) that allowed me to continue working with Business-in-a-Box. The software has allowed us to save hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal consulting fees and more importantly we鈥檝e been able to close contracts and deals using documents directly from BIAB which our lawyer could review 1/10th of the time it would have taken to draft them and at significantly lower cost.
