We were originally told that the settlements would average around 50%. Most ended up settling for the amount we owed or very close to it. I am not convinced we actually saved any money at all.

Our account rep, Geonec, is the best! She goes above and beyond to help and is always readily available. This has been a lifesaver for us and has helped us get out of our MCA (SHARK!) loans without half the headache!

Not only did Victor and Kim settle my outstanding MCA loans, they also settled some debt that was in collection due to the cash flow shortage caused by the MCA daily and weekly payments. The MCA sharks soaked up all my cash and I had nothing left to pay my vendors! This is an excellent service and if you are in trouble with the MCA crowd, give Victor a call!

We are working with Eddy G. She has went out of her way numerous times to inform me of the status of my application, adjusted anything that is need. This Company is such a Scam please read there reviews, there is never a happy ending review only the beginning. which I may have felt the same. My debtors contacted me after a little while with buisness debt Adjuster, they if any prolong contact so I can build up money in your ram account, if u decide to cancel they will keep it all. They have a worse fee also they claim they own 20% of your company. Warning, Warning. Watch out. There are not there to help, they only Hurt. These are my feeling and I'd be happy to share with anyone my treating voicemails, also the emails to me using this coronavirus situation to take no were near the money I deposit in my Ram account. They trick, like a used car salesman.
Warning to anyone who speaks with this Company. I posted on True pilot and I have people reaching out to me and I'm happy to share all of my experiences with this company to help anyone.

I was in a really bad situation with daily payments coming out of my account. We are a successful business, but we hit a slow time that we couldn鈥檛 have predicted and the payments were killing us. BDA called and have done everything they said they would. I highly recommend them!

BDA has help my business alot. Warning. I found out a little to late that this is a fraudulent Company. You Pay into a Ram account while they lead you on. Come to find out the pretend to reach out thinking they are helping you but never do. They own 20% of the Company you are foing to loose. So any $ money you put in. Say good bye.
I have voicemails and emails I'd be happy to share. I tryed to pay my load Company directly and G threatened me and explained it to me. G was very nice when she signed me up. But when I really found out what they were not doing for me, she explained breach of contract and they own me.
Well I did loose all the money I put in my Ram account because of there Super Large Fee of the % u owe in debt.

Great company! We've been working with them since December of 2019 and they always have great customer service and they follow through with what they say they can do. I would totally recommend to anyone.

They did a great job of calling off the collectors. They saved me some money, and extended the payoff date. Their price was a little stiffer than I thought, but they got the job done, and absorbed the headaches for me while I ran my business without a glitch.
