I would really recommend Stine Andersen, I approached her numerous times during the studies and she was always with a smile, friendly and happy to help.

What I like the most about her it's that every time we agreed that she will call me or send me some information, she always did that, so I did not have to worry of anything – Really attentive customer service.

Emil Gram Hansen is really helpful, proffesional, and kind, I really recommend him to everyone.

Absolutely amazing experience with Business Danmark. They helped me with all my questions regarding the unemployment benefits. The customer service is outstanding! Fluent English, very calm, patient, straight-forward, and, actually, answered all the questions with no hesitation. They even recommended me what to do in my situation, how to do it, and called me right after I graduated to remind me about my unemployment benefits. Even though all of the people on customer service are outstanding (there is no doubt), I, especially, must thank Emil Gram Hansen – he answered everything very clearly, was calm, funny, patient, speaking with absolutely advanced and proficient English which we, as international students do not see often, especially with office/authority employees, thus, it was lovely to experience. I HIGHLY recommend Business Danmark to any international student to sign up for when you come to Denmark to study.

I got help from Heidi Maria Leonhardt Marstrand and she was really helpful! She knows her job perfectly and speaks perfect English, so if you are a foreign student as me (Belgium), she is the best person to talk to 🙂

When I called business Denmark, I was very nervous and scared because I was going through some difficulties at work and i was not sure if i was doing the right thing but it was my good fortune to get connected to Victoria Hanson . She was not only patient and friendly but her soothing, cheerful voice immediately made my jumpy nerves relax. She was empathetic about my situation and gave me good advice without being pushy about anything and this is what I liked about her very much. She not only convinced me to become a member of the union but she put me in touch with a lawyer immediately to help. She made me feel safe. And i am so happy to have become member of the union as i got good advice and replies from the lawyer too. Tusund tak!

As an English speaker (learning Danish slowly) receiving great service in English was definitely a major selling point for Business Danmark.

I have been a member of Business Danmark for almost three years now. Going across various positions, I contacted them several times, always experiencing professional assistance and willingness to help from all employees. Andreas Hagemann, one of the consultant made a particularly great impression on me, providing exquisite support and being extremely friendly.
Moreover, being part of the union allowed me to get a legal advice when negotiating salary and terms of the contracts. It also gave me a chance to clarify loads of aspects that were hard to understand, especially as a foreigner with an intermediate proficiency in the Danish language.

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with Business Danmark. Every time I call and ask if I can speak English with someone, I am told, no no-one here speaks English. In addition, the one time I actually needed to use their lawyer for an issue with a past employer, they contacted my past employer and made false accusations of harassment, when all I asked for was for them to ensure a commission payment was paid by my ex employer in a timely fashion. Would not recommend at all, completely incompetent and a huge embarrassment when you have to apologise to an ex employer because they have made false accusations.
