I am amazed that there are any good reviews on here. BT Business has been beyond awful. I could write a detailed review of what they did wrong at every step of the way but I have already lost hours upon hours of my life dealing with them that I dont want to waste any more time than necessary.

We went with BT as where are offices are they are the only ones that can/will provide us was superfast broadband. We tried all the other usual ones but they dont do it yet. If you have any option to go with a different comapny then do it. We used to be with the Phone Cooperative and their service was excellent. AVOID if you have any option.

Absolute shambles. Hours on hold, wish I had NEVER entered into any contract with them. Shame Sky doesn't provide business contracts. Two business mobiles, business landline and broadband. All an utter nightmare.

As a new start business I believed I would go with who I assumed would be best .. So I called Bt for me phone and broadband one call through too great sales guy couldn't have been more helpful helped me choose a number pick the best day for installation everything ok that's that off the list on too the next thing .. Fast forward to the day before the install I check my email and I get a email saying congratulations your instal is due to be completed 9 days after I was promised eh ? so I call ask why I wasn't advised oh eh sorry we will call you back . I do get a call back as promised ( on this occasion ) from the escalation team to be told that as it has been escalated I will get a call back in 6 days !! I asked if they though that was acceptable "yes sir you will be called back on six days " I asked again and the same answer was given then they hung up . So the 6th comes no phone call … Nothing at all I recieve a email on the 6th though too say the line will be installed on the 9th and the engineer will attend .. Ok I thought so I wait and wait nope no engineer on the 9th I do however get a email on 9th at 11.57 pm to say my line has been installed ? strange that as I don't have a socket .. Another call on the Friday to somebody that can't pronounce my name ..only too be to your line is connected .. No it's not I don't have a box no sir the exchange says it is (you can imagine the sense of humour failure by this point) a manager will call you back within 2 hours I'm then asked too leave a survey which I do . No manager calls . Monday I recieve a call from Keith in the UK staring he is from the escalation team in the UK (whoo hoo) and that he will send me a text chat no and a engineer will attend on Thursday brilliant !! So Thursday comes and the chuckle brothers appear tell them the story about there's no box "don't worry pal we will find it" ok no problem half an hour later the brains of the outfit comes over and explains that there is no box . I'm glad of this as I thought I was going insane !! Yup I told you that 30 minutes ago .. So off they go again 15 minutes later we have success the cable is cut underground guy tells me simple boss we just drill a hole wire you up and it's done .. Brilliant I say "not so fast " that's not our job to drill a hole we need too put this through planning somebody will be in touch . So off too the van they went another job averted too add insult to injury they say in my yard eating the lunch anyway I think ah ha i wil text Keith two hour reply window bingo .. Text sent … Reply zero hmm will text again must be busy .. Replay zero .. Had to wait a day due to being at a funeral but next again day called again this time we go too a whole new level of talent calls asks too be put through too the UK business escalation team (thinking my pre previous call. From Keith would be on the system ) nope !! Sorry your through too India and you cannot speak too the Uk ok can you put me through too a manager please (explain I can not take payment through my merchant facility's due too no phone line and is urgent as three weeks I have been waiting) ok a manager will call you back in 1 hour ok .. 76 hours later guess what yup no call back . I'm not at the stage where I'm
Over 5 weeks since ordering and still no further forward .. I'm just waiting for my first bill that should be fun. Sorry for the long story . If your looking to waste 5 weeks plus of your life and have no service what' so ever then I can't recommend Bt business highly enough !! Alternatively I would look else where as nobody should be allowed too be this bad.

As soon as i got new contract they ask me to pay line rentals nearly 96 pounds after 3 weeks,when ask them why,they told me for past 3 months line rentals,i have told them my contract just started and BT have disconect my line for two days,I was forst to pay and when complain to BT
they found that my phone contract not there and they activate that time
for my loss of income they did nothing after almost a year,i have contact
ofcom ombutsman,
