Thought their fantastic Bushlite candle lantern had been discontinued, how happily wrong i was when i found the Bushlite uk website (so so happy).
First off the Bushlite UK website is a little basic and didn't really like my mobile phone browser, but then again, when a company is only selling one product with its accessories and spares its adequate and easy to navigate through.
i had a couple of questions about postage, delivery times and spares, and must say the customer service (thank you Jade) was second to none, every question answered no matter how basic and a very quick response.
I ordered the candle lantern kit, spare glass and candles. A confirmation email was received followed up by the shipping confirmation. Package arrived promptly and very well packaged (no breakages or dents).
The bag, Mozzie clip and reflector are as the original design, but the candle case is now made of metal with a metal insert, and the candle lantern has had a bit of a redesign of the base, both are welcome updates to the product and really add to the feel and quality.
I liked my original candle lantern 10 years ago and now love the new one i have just received. Quality product for not to much mony, and if looked after, will be handed down to my kids.
Thanks BushliteUK but maybe think about putting the etching back on the glass lens, it looked so cool lol 😉
