In case of an issue they give you the impression that you are becoming a burden for them, they respond extremely hard to messages and it feels like they don't really want to help. Delivery went well , no problems there but I will avoid them in the future.

I have ordered my crossbow Guillotine-X and understand that there will be delays, due to the pandemic. I just do not understand how some people do not understand the situation. Thanks very much Bushcraft Lab, I cannot wait to receive the crossbow and other items ordered, very excited and can't wait for it to get to me.

Customer service awful ! Placed an order in March and chase them in May because they didn't bother to update me that the product is delayed! Been informed after this chase that the goods will be delivered in June…nothing happened in June and ask for a refund ! They are some kind of liers .

Ordered some bolts and spare strings and they arrived the next day even during lockdown, awesome service considering how swamped they must be right now. Definitely recommend.

Having place an order on the cusp of lockdown unfortunately my order was understandably delayed. Ordered a rigger belt after some research, cheapest on the market and arrived after 3 days. Happy with the product and the customer service, would definitely use this company again.

The wording on the website with regards to my purchase is far from accurate. The crossbow pistol 80lb is feeble. The bolts buckle on the lightest impact. I might recommend bushcraftlab but I certainly wouldn't recommend the product
