Best webshop experience, maybe, ever.

Great products; Most of them very usefull and i actually sometimes visit the site just to get inspiration.

One time i bought a flashlight (cheap one even) and i broke after about 2 years Heavy heavy use. like kajak trips, road trips, festivals, backpacking, so on. (but i do not mistreat my equipment) Anyway, i told the guy from the shop and he just said he would send me a new one no questions asked.

This whole store is amazing because all the products are top quality simple products and in the cases where they might have a fault the owner is not afraid to take full responsibility

Placed an order Tursday morning and then received it on Wednesday afternoon in middle of Sweden!
Also very fast to answer mails.

Wish every store could be like this, nice products, great customer service and fast delivery.
What more could you ask for?
