I don鈥檛 know what to say. We had been going to the Rollin Stones concert but in the bus wasn鈥檛 any CD. And when we asked for some music the guide ask us 鈥榃hat type of music would you like to hear鈥??
Also, the guide didn鈥檛 shared with us any useful information. So the information that backpack or any bag bigger than the A5 format cannot be entered into the concert we heard from other visitors. It was not possible to recharge the batteries of our mobile phones etc., etc.
I am very disappointed.

Easy to book. They communicate very well via whatsapp. The group leader was lovely. I would use again.

Delayed transportation for 45 mins without informing passengers. No chargers, internet and music in the bus. No flexibility at all.

I went to Misano WSBK and Mugello MotoGP (2016) with BusforFun and had the greatest time with them. They really go the extra mile and want to provide a good experience. Would definitely use BFF again when going to big events in Italy!

I booked a trip thinking it included tickets and it did not. My mistake I know but it took me many phone calls and emails to get a voucher. I did not want a voucher as we leave Italy for good on the 7 July 2017 for New Zealand. I have tried to get a partial refund to no avail. I think this is unfair.
