1. The toilet was unclean.
2. WiFi didn't work and when asked they laughed and said something in Italian and based on body language it was insulting.
3. The staff was extremely rude when asked for anything
4. They made one passenger move so the staff can sit relaxing.
5. People were in shorts and sleeveless but somehow when I removed my shoe for a minute as my toes were hurting they came shouting at me speaking something in Italian and made me were my shoe.
6. My seat was inclined as it was night journey. It was inclined less that other passengers but the guy behind me said something to the staff and he pushed me and made my seat straight without asking which was extremely rude. The thing is the guy behind me was almost lying so his seat was already more reclined.
7. After seeing my name in booking both started laughing and said something, it seemed really racist.
8. No passport or ID check whatsoever.
In short I was bullied and insulted while I was a paying customer.
These were only rude people I found in my 15 days tour in Europe.
DO NOT book their bus. Book flixbus or regiojet instead. Both have very polite, helpful staff and much better seats and services.

I will complain if you don鈥檛 inquest.
This bus also had 23 minutes unacceptable delay: 15 minutes in destination + 8 minutes in path. All roads and traffic and weather conditions was normal.
