As a first-time customer I have had a horrible first and LAST impression. First off, the company's phone number is "out of service," so any chance of actually speaking with a human being on the phone is nonexistent. I most recently placed an order for a pair of men's sneakers which were available at the time of my purchase. The first issue that I encountered was the price that I paid for as per the website summary as well as the emailed invoice order summary was different than the amount that was charged on my credit card. In addition, today I got an email stating that the warehouse has run out of the item that I have ordered despite it being available online at the time of the order being placed. Upon further investigation, the style design of the item I ordered is still available online. These people need to fix their system to avoid other angry and disappointed customers! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional!
