Busbud is the best platform to find and buy bus tickets anywhere in the World. I used it for my trip to Tulum in Mexico and it was perfect. The website works perfectly, displaying multiple options (including the cheapest ones) and I can pay on my own currency. Recommended!

I have a very good experience with Busbud. Buses come and go
always on time. Inside the buses, it鈥檚 always very clean, nice and polite drivers. Twice by my fault, I had trouble with tickets and Busbud helped me with no charges and fees. I am very glad to travel with Busbud.

Busbud was suggested to me by a European friend who's better at searching than I am, and I couldn't be happier. I usually book transit direct with the supplier (Greyhound, etc.) but it was so very practical to be able to compare all possible options (train, bus, GO, etc.) in timetables, prices, and duration. I believe the driver name was Ray, from Calgary to Edmonton. It was a blizzard on the highway & we seen a few cars, trucks & Semi truck's in the ditch. I was worried at first but he took his time & the ride there was like a breeze for him. I felt safe & we arrived on time. Ty for getting us there safely.

Our journey to Alicante by bus was excellent. The bus was on the right time, even before. Related to the purchase of tickets for the bus, it was really easy and understandable. Price-quality relationship very good.

The price is significantly higher than directly on the bus company. I paid 30$ more on a trip because I booked my trip on busbud. I get that they need to make money but such an increase in the price of the ticket is not acceptable.

Re-Edit: I have given BusBud a chance to deliver the promised refund and it was much less than what I had paid for the replacement tickets even though it was the same price.

If you are going to agree to a refund atleast pay the customer for what they paid for.

If they agree to a refund, have a MasterCard dispute case open just in case. Also discussing this with Google Pay even though I had originally cancelled it.

Two Stars only for actually trying at first but then failing to deliver.

Quick refunds according to cancellation policies. Clear format and reliable company, always use when booking buses, particularly useful in countries where the local customer services do not provide any service what so ever.
