I used Buster Shuttle Service for our son's wedding in Jacksonville, FL last month. I, as well as all of our guests, have nothing but praise and great things to say about the service we received! The website makes it so simple and easy to make changes and updates as our needs changed. Our driver was very courteous and accommodating to us as our times changed briefly (due to photographer needs). Should I ever need to arrange shuttle services again, I would definitely use Buster and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Absolutely incredible! I was concerned after we had a contract for 4 days transporting 400 people to various locations fell through with another company two days before our attendees arrived. In a panic, I emailed all the companies I could find on a Sunday. Philip May from BusBank was one of the first to respond Monday morning, with an online itinerary already prepared based on my needs! He was able to coordinate all of our needs for the following four days, he was always prompt to respond, understanding and extremely helpful! Good service is so hard to find these days and I was very leery that it was not a locally owned company, more of a broker, but they 100% came through! I got texts every day with the drivers names and phone numbers about an hour before they arrived ON TIME even!

My overall experience was really good. Having no experience in the charter bus world, they helped lead me through everything needed. They chartered a great service that was perfect for my needs.
I suppose the only qualm I would have is that I was needing to email them on the regular to get information from them, but that was ok, as they did respond. Would certainly use again.

This company had wonderful customer service. Our drivers didn't have accurate drop off addresses, however, they were so easy to work with that we were able to set it up directly with our drivers. I have been using the BusBank for 5 years now and have to say, this was the best driver experience we have had. Working at a school, they make it very easy to make our crazy 24 hour NYC trip happen!

My experience with BusBank was exceptional. I worked with David Baird on a very last minute, very demanding, complicated trip and he delivered on requests that I would have thought to be impossible. In fact, other companies told me it was. My client asked for 18 matching buses to be secured just days ahead of their event. David met every demand, every deadline, and made my client and my company feel completely secure and confident by maintaining open communication through the entire process. BusBank crossed oceans to make our trip work. The day of the event, there was not a single issue. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to the hard work of David and his team. Booked a coach bus for 30 people and tons of luggage for transportation to Bayonne nj , for a cruise. Everything was perfect The customer service from Philip May our sales coordinator all the way through to our drivers was top notch. All emails were answered same day and often within an hour. The prices were the best I could find. I was extremely pleased with the company and would definitely use them again.
