This company trades under a number of different names, all owing thousands of dollars to their suppliers and operators. They've put many businesses and people into insolvency and do not pay or honour outstanding debts. They lie about where they are located because it makes them immuned to Australian law.

They are owned by Mark Bond and Richard Moore. These two are well known in the industry for their lies and deceit and both reside in sleazy Pattaya in Thailand, where they lavish in luxury whilst innocent people in Australia go broke and have their lives shattered.

All you need to do is look up TravelSafe, coachhire.com.au and Bus Charter Melbourne. They even lie to customers if you use Bus Hire Compare for a quote, they are all the same company!

Spare a thought before considering using this company and go to a real Australian business who desperately needs your help to survive.

Avoid this company at all cost! They have gone bankrupt already! My hubby has provided them services as a driver, up until now they still haven't paid him at all! But they still keep taking money from the passengers who booked through them.

Warning do not use this Organisation. They are running small family businesses into the ground and into bankruptcy. They own money to a lot of businesses.

Your service was great but it would be useful to know more about the bus charter services that are quoting so we can make a qualitative decision. Perhaps a rating system could be applied or a reference from other users. A description or photo of the vehicles might be helpful as well. I searched some of the companies on the web, but couldn't find most of them. We didn't receive a quote from Dysons or Budget, so I wonder if you have all the charter companies on your list to call for quotes. All in all, a very helpful service.

A late comment from the passengers. The bus seats were to tight and on the bus trip home, there was no trailer so all bags needed to be packed in the bus. There was a trailer provided on the way down to Melbourne. This was deemed to be unsafe in case of a crash.
