I couldn't be more annoyed with Burton Power. I ordered and paid for a head gasket set that was urgently required. It was shown as in stock, so I ordered online and paid extra for 1-2 day courier delivery service. I had no reply to an email I sent a couple of days later to check on status, and after phoning I was told by someone, that sounded half-a-sleep and totally uninterested, that the head gasket was not even in stock! Completely messed up my planned weekend away. If I had not contacted them, who knows how long I would have had to wait for the parts – and how can BP justify charging extra for a fast delivery if they haven't even got the item in stock? Totally disgusted with Burton Power, their total lack of professionalism and indifferent attitude.

Feeling blue after kerbing my classic car phoned to order parts, the sympathy and help recieved really helped make me feel better. The service revieved was really outstanding. Thanks.

Needed some hard to get parts for a 93 Granada Cosworth. It took a while (which is fine when nowhere else sells the parts!) and I now have everything I need, and am very relieved that the parts are still available aftermarket!
