Easy purchase would’ve preferred to see list of bike best to lesser models. In other words top of the line bike being first option.

When I purchase my battery it said I would receive by 12-30-19 from UPS and now UPS is saying 1-4-20 so can't rate you for what I haven't received yet.

Easy navigation. Would like to see more installation videos for accessories, or at least links to videos If they have already been made accessible via YouTube.

Was plug and play easy. Need to remove end of shock to install. Top end speed is a 2-3 mph faster than 350 watt.

Recd order in two days. Box had damage from shipper which broke a piece. Called and had someone answer and shipping out replacement tomorrow. Highly impressed with level of customer service. This is why we went with small local company!

Would have liked to have seen more pictures of the mini bike (voltage meter) on the TT350R or at least a description of it. Ride time would be helpful too, in addition to max miles. The unboxing video was very helpful. As far as shipping, it would be nice to see an estimated delivery time. I'm hoping these will arrive before Christmas.

Purchasing process was easy. Received bike quickly. Bike was packaged very well but delivery service still managed to crack the shell. Burromax customer care was quick to respond and sent a replacement ASAP. Bike is very easy to assemble and it looks amazing. Our son is going to have the best Christmas ever!

Called sales rep ahead of time to see if they would have parts in question at certain event. They stated they would have it on hand at the event, and sure enough they did.

I phoned in my request and was pleased with the support and suggestions. I recieved a lithium battery and charger. We charged it and a 50lbs boy rode it for neaely an hour on grass! Thats better than the claim. We have not had weather to ride again, but if it fails to live up, I'll reach out to them.

I purchased my Burromax at The Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Two gentlemen were there to assist me in my purchase. Both of them were very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and just downright fun to hang out with.

My friend Jarrod bought his over a year ago. My daughter was riding it and I asked Jarrod if he was satisfied with the bike. He said he couldn't be happier with it.
