SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I ordered a makeup, jewelry organizer. They sent me this small, cheap plastic piece of crap! They鈥檙e thieves! Would only refund if I sent the INCORRECT one back…to CHINA! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

The company send you the wrong item, we ordered a zebra cat tree and got send a polythene tunnel. The company refused to send the correct item, they offered a full refund ONLY if we paid the shipping costs to China which is almost as much as we paid in the first place. Other than that we were only offered a 35% refund. This company is a sham. I鈥檇 give 0 stars if that were possible

I ordered a Mushroom Cat Tree from Jopied (Mona9198) and what I received was a small battery operated pink flamingo. When I wrote the company to tell them I received the wrong item they informed me that I could return it for a full refund however they would not reimburse me for the postage needed to send it back to China. They then said I could keep the toy and they would refund me 40% of what I paid. I only blame myself, I should have googled this company before placing the order. It seems this is a common theme with this company. Please do not purchase anything from them.

Clear Fraud!

Ordered an expensive wood cat toy and – as others – received a cheap cat tunnel instead. Thankfully PayPal refunded the money.

SCAM. I ordered 2 items and never received them. Also received 2 cat tunnels that I never ordered which are worth about $2 each. I hav emailed with no response and now the website has disappeared;

I ordered a very cute Zebra cat climber and 47 days later I received a cat tunnel so please DO NOT order from Burrientshop. I e-mailed them to question where my order was and the response was that "it was held up in customs, which they have no control over". When I finally picked up my package from the post office, the postal worker handed me a white 9×12 bubble envelope, and my response was "is there a box to go with it? because that envelope won't hold what I ordered and paid for. Imagine my surprise when I opened the envelope and received a very colorful cat tunnel that I did not order, nor did I want it. I sent another e-mail to the Burrient Shop but have not received any response from them. So yes, this is a scam site and I would recommend to everyone to never order anything from them! Fortunately, I processed my payment through Paypal so I will be contacting them for a full refund and will report the fraudulent site as well!

Complete SCAM! Ordered a glass cosmetic organiser at an advance 鈥渄iscount price鈥?- apparently before the price went back up to full price. Received a plastic bin. Emailed six times with no response. Thankfully used PayPal because I am insisting on a full refund and if not received, will progress as a fraudulent transaction through my bank.

I ordered and paid with PayPal for a cat tree. Despite order confirmation and shipping emails from them I have not received my order. I have emailed now 4 times, no response. Tracking number does not work, Track17 have no trace of it. I will be going back to Paypal to try to get my money back.

Aweful! I ordered two cat trees and got two small electric toys. I have reached out to them twice and no response. Once you purchase the items there is no contact. I want my money back. Such a scam.
