What a company! I now wouldn鈥檛 buy even a DVD sleeve from them, I purchased a DVD duplicator I needed urgently, but found that on arrival it was faulty, I went through the companies email procedure and guess what NO REPLY after 6 days. I will be giving this company an extremely wide birth in future & if my email is not dealt with very soon + a replacement Duplicator despatched I think I may contact the Trading Standards.
What company hasn鈥檛 got a phone that the public can talk to someone on a problem with their goods – Burn Media (now Buytech) that鈥檚 who!!!!
Deserve to go Bankrupt with other Very inferior companies鈥︹€?

Was missing Remote Control, Unit was Damaged and was a fathers Day present.

They advised they would pickup the Unit and issue with me a Refund Promptly which I agreed

Unit was picked up but when checking my emails sameday they said they had received another batch which looked AS NEW so they sent another item out the sameday which I did not agree to and delivery was rejected and item was sent back to sender emails to prove.

I have tried to contact them again and they have not responded to any of my emails I have since instructed my credit card company to act on my behalf.

Please review merchants as I should have done before making a purchase.
