Very unprofessional letting agent, they called the cops on me and the landlord when they illicitly (and unannounced) went into my flat for 'routine checks', thinking they found illicit substances. Police units came and searched the home, but they didn't find anything. Still, I had my name registered with the local unit, and who knows what that means for my credit score in the future.
Stay away from them!
