Burlington Carpet One Floor & Home

We have done business with Capet One when floor covering was needed before, so when we were refreshing this condo, they were our "go to" company. Once again, doing business there was a real pleasure. Their help in choosing just the right products made all the difference. We have already received great reviews from neighbors and friends. These folks care about their customers!

I visited the Carpet One in Burlington today and had such a wonderful experience I felt the need to write the company. I was assisted by an employee, Angie Tanner, who was so incredibly knowledgeable about carpets, designs, carpet care, etc. She spent a great deal of time showing me products that were absolutely beautiful. Her professional manner in assisting me makes me want to only shop at this store for all of my future flooring and decorating needs. I am not sure if she will ever see this response but felt it important to inform your company of the incredible job she did today!

I recommend Burlington Carpet One to anyone looking to put down new flooring. Smooth stress free sales environment with huge selection, and the staff know floors. My two installers did an fantastic job throughout the entire house. The floors are drop dead gorgeous and the best investment I've ever made with my house. Top quality product. Top quality workmanship.

Excellent work

We are very pleased with the service we received in choosing carpet, having our room measured and then installing of carpet. Everyone answered our questions and was very polite. I would recommend Carpet One to others.

Sales department was very helpful but the actual installers did a poor job. Left dirty hand prints on walls & door when rehanging them. Put dings in vinyl planks that should have been replaced. Hammered joints to make fit and left uneven joints. Broken corners were not replaced. Left flooring dirty. Didn't try to clean up. When called back to correct a problem they just patched & covered up. Quick fix. Had another company come to correct their problem after they patched. The owner is reimbursing me the cost for the repair. The owner is also working to help me with problems. Updated review.

We hired Burlington Carpet One to replace existing carpet with new vinyl plank in our upstairs rooms and What a great experience!!! From the initial visit to the showroom until the last installer left everything was smooth and professionally done! These folks were great! They told us about the various types of carpeting and helped us select one that would be perfect for us. They were very accomodating on installation – even had removal one time and then came back for installation as we wanted painters to come in before installation. I would highly recommend them.

Kevin and Mitchell treated our house like it was theirs. They were very considerate and even treated us to some great music during the install. They did a great job. We would have no problem recommending them to someone else. If fact, two of our neighbors said they were going to stop buy for pricing.

The tile installer who came to our house (Brent) did an excellent job. We were very pleased and the installation looks super and looks like a pro did it. We will likely do more business with them.
