I placed an order from Burlap Fabric on 9/23 to be delivered within 7 days. We ordered supplies for a wedding the second week in October. I live in SC and my package was delivered to NH. I tried reaching out to the company several times by phone and email. I never received an apology or response to my email, just several days letter a processed refund. I'm very disappointed in the poor level of customer service. How inconsiderate is it for a company to not even offer some type of apology and resolution when you've trusted them with items needed for such a special occasion.

The grade 60 cheesecloth worked great for our daughter's wedding as table runners and had a nice tight weave and it looked amazing. The cheesecloth looked and felt like a high quality material and would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful customer service! I was searching all over the internet for burlap goodie bags and they were able to provide me with just what I needed. They were friendly, helpful and shipping was easy. It arrived just in time for my event.

Terrible on shipping items out. I finally contacted them 4 days after I ordered for tracking information; which they still did not supply me with. They stated they would be mailing me my order the next day and they did not. They contacted me, 3 days later, on a Sunday stating that one of the items was on backorder. Funny….they said they would ship my order to me on a Friday and then contacting me on a Sunday about an item not being in stock. Three days after they said they would ship my items and did not. I will never use them again, because of their customer service and lying to me about shipping my items and then did not. I finally canceled my order after 10 days of waiting for the items.

I ordered mattress ticking fabric, $300 worth, plus a charge of $98 for shipping to total $400 on May 22, 2019. Two weeks later I had not received any notification that my order had been shipped, so I contacted them through their contact form on their website. A few days later I received an email notification that my order was shipped, never received any message or contact otherwise. About 10 days later, my order arrived. Since I am a home based small handmade business, this fabric is critical because I make my product with it. When I opened the box, the fabric was not at all what I ordered. Yes it was striped and there was navy and red, that's where the similarities ended. This was 54" light weight decor fabric. I again, contacted the business through the contact form on their website. A few days later, they called, the same time I was calling them. They acknowledged that they sent a different fabric, this was light weight and 54" wide. The fabric that I ordered was out of stock for several months, they would forward a return label and set up for pickup of the fabric, and refund my purchase price. I needed to send a request for a label from them through their email account. I did that 6/24 and again 7/2. Today is July 11. Nothing. I contacted PayPal to dispute the transaction yesterday. Their response, they sent what I ordered, Apparently they can't get it straight. Maybe they can't measure either? I regret ever using this store. $400 is a fair amount of money, and apparently they don't want to be fair to us little businesses. I will update, hopefully they are honest.

I finally heard back from this company. They apparently called, but didn't leave a message for me to call back. I didn't know that the #800 was this company. After this review, they called and left me a message. They forward me a return label, and my husband and I had to take the fabric to a UPS store (too heavy for me to handle alone). The store gave me a receipt, so that I had backup and tracking for the package. I immediately received a refund, when the fabric arrived on their doorstep. This took 2 months to resolve, from the date of my original order.

All of this could have been avoided if there was some communication before sending the incorrect fabric to me in the first place. I appreciate that they resolved the matter, but a bit of customer service at the beginning would have been appreciated.

Will never order from again. Poor customer service. I purchased 20 yards of pink voile fabric from this company for a project I was working on and when I received it, it was the wrong color. I sent screenshots the company to show them the color I purchased from their website was not the color I received but instead of them trying to make things right, they told me it was because the different monitor displays. Which is ridiculous because I ordered pink and received a dark beige.

Run away from this company. Simple as that. Email me or reach out and contact me and I will show you how this company is dishonest and are simply thieves.

This is the BEST Fabric store your going to find on the internet. i have ordered over 300 yards of material from these folks. You couldn't ask for any better customer service.
98% of the time. My order ships the same day of ordering.

I ordered lace ribbon and burlap ribbon from burlapfabric.com and I was very impressed about the quality of the products and their customer service as well. I will always buy ribbon from them from now on. I can't say how happy I am. Good job guys! Keep it up. I will refer your store to everyone I know

I ordered a 30"X100Yard burlap roll from burlapfabric.com on March 28th to make table runners and sashes for my wedding this summer. After I ordered I kept checking back on the tracking information and by the time that next Friday (April 5th) rolled around and my order still hadn't shipped I contacted the company to find out why it was taking so long. They apologized and said that my order was scheduled to ship out that day. I received a shipment from them the following Tuesday (April 9th) and it was a little piece of 14"X132" burlap. I was extremely upset to have received the wrong order almost 2 weeks after my order date and contacted them again telling them how upset I was since my wedding is this summer and I needed to start prepping the burlap ASAP. I asked if I could receive my money back for shipping since I had gone through all this hassle. They called to apologize and shipped my correct order the next day which I finally received April 12th (over 2 weeks after my order date). The box was torn almost all the way around leaving the burlap exposed and I still have not received any refund from them. The burlap is beautiful, but I will not be ordering from them again.

So I went on BurlapFabric.com to order one of their rolls (I needed them to make a table runner for my upcoming wedding). Their prices were great and they helped me find the right length that I needed. There store pretty much has every width in stock that I could need. Highly recommended.
