Beautiful cases and great quality and service…only it does not fit my phone!!! I have a Samsung A71 – it is difficult to find good quality cases for so I am really disappointed by this 馃槩. I hope this issue gets solved soon!

Nice covers and still don't break after a few times. Unfortunately, there were already scratches on the case after 1 week, while you promise that the case is intended against scratches. I use the case very neatly, but keys or zippers already damage these covers … Very unfortunate, because the covers are not cheap.

Delivery time was very fast.

Got my package in a about a week even with everything else being backed up due to Covid. I've dropped my phone and have had it repaired too many times. Definitely recommend the tough cases – added layer of protection and it's a bonus they look super cute! I've already placed another order for my sister's phone case 🙂

I placed my order 2 weeks ago. They took my money, but never sent me an email confirming my order. I am still waiting for anything to arrive. Even tried to contact them and they didn't have the decency to respond. Never buying anything here again.

Their Promo Buy 2 Get 2 Free for example is a HOAX! i bought 2 cases in luck of getting 2 cases for free BUT they didn鈥檛 came! Just those 2 I bought. There are a lot of ads about this shop BUT they are NOT keeping their promise. You write at their customer service, they just send you automated email message about how to return the parcel and stuff but they were not addressing the issue.

It took FOREVER to receive my phone cases, like over a month. I didn鈥檛 realize they were shipped from Europe.
The phone cases are worth the wait though. Super great quality and they are as vibrant as the pics.

I have ordered two iPhone XS case and two cases for MacBook Pro A2251 and all are really beautiful and high-quality.
In the beginning, I accidentally received the wrong cases for my MacBook, but wrote a message to the company and got a real quick and friendly answer that I will get a replacement. About 5 days later the new cases arrived and fit now really great. Absolutely the best reaction on a small mistake that I ever got from a company.
I will definitely buy more cases at BURGA and can really recommend ordering there.

the cases may take a while to be received but trust me it's WORTH IT. they are absolutely gorgeous and the tough cases are just as protective as any plain boring case out there so why not have a prettier stylish one at the same time? the price is definitely reasonable for this product. worth every penny if you ask me (and if you're reading this you obviously wanted an opinion on them haha!) not to mention their customer service is spot on. quick to reply and very professional

Love burga. The phone case I ordered is absolutely beautiful. Also customer service is amazing too. I didn鈥檛 receive one order and I emailed them about it and they was gonna send me my order free of charge but decided to refund it instead due to being out of stock. Very friendly.

Awesome customer service! My ordered had shipping delays but they were very helpful to assist! I love their cases that are slim, light and sturdy. They come up with wonderful design collections every now and then to grab their customers' attention which makes it extremely difficult to not purchase any! Worth the purchases as you are paying for quality cases.

The quality is awesome ! Delivery took around 10-12 days, DHL package has a tracking number so you can receive updates on each stage (that is normal term nowadays, pandemic 馃し鈥嶁檧锔?. All of the cases sit really well on the phone (I ordered 4), the silicon part is really soft (I have tough ones) and it's not scratching your phone. They are not too tough thought, light-weighted and so so beautiful! Could not find any case like that in Poland – design is unique and …they are even packed perfectly 馃憣馃槏Definitely recommend buying, burga team is responsive on Instagram too 鉂わ笍馃摡

Not a bad phone case, per say, however, the actual case looks NOTHING like the picture. The reason i ordered the one i did, was because i thought it would be opalescent and shiny and pretty. Nope, its flat, and almost an orangy/peachy color. Cant believe i spent 25 bucks on this ugly case. Hope it protects my phone at least.
