During my busy seasons, I do a LOT of business with Burch Bottle. Let me tell you – I have ordered jars from other places and they've showed up broken or with defects/flaws on every single jar. I've ordered pallets worth of Burch Bottle jars that show up unbroken without any flaws on the glass. They are the only company I will trust for my business. Customer service is A+. Highly recommend!

My order was packaged well so that the glassware didn鈥檛 break and shipping was quicker than I expected! Overall a smooth process from start to finish.

So far I鈥檝e used 24 gold screw caps and 7 of the ones of reached for are severe damaged and unusable so it鈥檚 safe to say that plenty more will likely be the same. 🙁

Also, my wick stickers will no longer stick to the bottom of my flat sided amber glass jars unless I wipe the inside with glass cleaner. What is the slippery residue on your glass jars?

Product came on time and was good quality. Each product was bagged separately but not marked. Would like to have given 5 stars but matching jars to lids was a bit confusing and packages not labeled.

Transaction was excellent, the bottles were packed extremely well and all contents arrived unbroken, despite the rough treatment the outer box suffered during shipping. Products arrived as billed. The company sent me notices of shipping and where to track the packages, as seems to be standard practice for most upright internet distributors of this day. I'm a small hobbyist with limited use of the product, but would do business again with them in the future if the need arises. Also, for a wholesaler, their packaging and treatment of a small customer, not a business, was commendable.

Excellent service. Received the package the next day. I would have given it 5 stars except that there were small pieces of glass in 2 bottles – that being said, our total bottles were about 300. Hexagon bottles are very attractive, and the bottles I ordered for spices are perfect for storage.
