The fist one is was the shipping time. I ordered an Bike and the availability and shipping on the site was estimated for up to 7 days. I got the bike after a month (Switzerland). But that is not so important taking into account the circumstances we're right now (Corona).
The second problem appeared afterwards. When I received the bike it turns out the chain was skipping when I pressed the pedals harder. I've tried to manually regulate this but it turns out the problem was that the cassette and the chain were very poor. I replaced it in the nearest bike service (additional 100Chf spent). Afterwards it works very good. I get it's a problem of the bike but it should be checked by the seller. Especially that the bike was mounted (and apparently also regulated and checked before shipment).
I was really disappointed. 1 Month of waiting then few days of service and additional costs.
The only good is that I finally got the bike and my wife is happy with it after the repair. The particular model was only available at Bunnyhop the the moment of the order so kudos for having it on stock.

Both shipments were very properly packed.
Only minus, they only use bank transfer or Paypal as payment method … Credit card will from my point of view give the last star !
