This company is absolutely horrible! I ordered something last July and have never received it even though they took my money! I contacted them at least 10 times with no response. However, I got an email this past March saying they received my NEW order and would send shipping info (which I still haven't received). Worst online company I've ever had the displeasure of using!! Stay away!!!

Don't buy anything from this pack of thieves.They'll take your money and never ship your item, nor will they ever respond to emails. I purchased a shoe rack on 4/8/16. They took my money fast enough, but never heard from them again. BEWARE. At least they got the first part of their name right…….

I ordered few items from this website and the delivery was fast and quick. I will purchase more stuff from here they give a good price and great deals.The item looks exactly the same as shown.

They took my money; never got order; no response to phone calls or emails regarding my order…..I would not order from them!!! Apparently they get by with taking your money
and not sending you your order?!?!

I placed an order for a king sized comforter on December 20, 2015. I checked the order status online several times and it always said "processing". On January 22nd, 2016 I sent an email to customer care asking about the status. Got a response saying "We apologize for the delay you had in this order. Please allow us 24-48hrs and we will update you with the tracking number for this." I asked for an update again 2 weeks later and got no response. As of today, March 14th, 2016, I requested they cancel the order and refund my payment. Will see what happens. Would steer clear of these folks.

I have purchased multiple items from Bungzie and all have arrived within a week of my ordering!

I ordered from Bungzie on November 18th and as of February 1st I still did not have my items or money. There were a few chats where I was told that I would receive the items in a few days but it never happened! I had to file a complaint with PayPal to get my money back! I will never ever purchase anything from them again. I'm a big online shopper and if they promised to give me 75% off I still would not place another order with them! I sent several emails and no response. I could not even find a number to contact them. Please be advised when dealing with this fraudulent pretend company!

I sent them a email today 2/10/16 to see if they will respond went on their site still saying processing have only received 2 products from order #100003810 that's it.and all I ordered on 10/9/15 was one bracelet received nothing its a new year 2016 February this is rediculous I hate this no more I'm fed up what's the deal with them lies lies lies!!!!!!!! order #s 100003810 & 100004265

Do not use this site – I ordered products in November 2016 and it was January 2016, didn鈥檛 receive the products. It was Christmas gifts for friends/ families but never got the product – After several emails – someone from the company replied they will get back in 24 hours . Another lie 鈥?no one got back in and after another 5 days waiting I filed a dispute with PayPal (Thanks to PayPal) – PayPal gave them another 16 days to respond and they never responded to PayPal. Finally I got my refund from PayPal.

Do not use this site. I ordered on November 11th. They still didn't ship out and don't even answer my mail (Today 12/30/15). Never use this site.

Bungzie is the worst!! I ordered from Bungzie over two months ago and still have not received my items. I emailed them a few weeks ago and with no response to my email they setup a tracking slip on 12/1/2015. Today is 12/10/2015 and it shows the delivery is still in the warehouse and not dropped of to USPS. I asked for my shipment to be sent ASAP with priority but that email has not been responded to …

Never deliver product on time, customer service sucks. call them….no answer, email them…no reply. what kind of customer service is that…??

I ordered from Bungzie in October and they sent me a UPS tracking number. When no product arrived, I checked UPS. UPS DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PACKAGE!

There is no phone number on their website for customer service. I got in touch with them two weeks ago via email and someone did get back to me saying they would ship it within 48 hours. Two weeks later and two more requests from me, and I haven't heard from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM BUNGZIE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

Also notice that all of the good reviews from Sitejabber came within three days, then nothing. They stacked their own online reviews to make them look better.

Received my item @ two weeks ago from a order I placed back in September for Xmas. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered an Invicta Marine watch for use in the water. It is not an every day time piece. The first time I wore it was 32 days after I received it. It runs 5 minutes slow per hour. I reported it to their Customer Service and they replied that since it was over 30 days, they weren't responsible.

I ordered the Apple Ipad from Bungzie on there independence sale, i was shocked by the product it was a brand new product but the price was low from Apple. I am your regular customer from now. Happywith the service

As they have outlined on their website "Outstanding Deals" indeed thats true, they have really good deals on many products. I bought this citizen watch for me, I love it and I saved nearly 50% on that product. Also, bought a jewel heart necklace for my girlfriend and she absolutely adores it! Their slogan is perfect "Save Money Stay Happy" I saved a lot of money and made my girlfriend happy by giving her a fine piece of jewelry. Win-win situation 🙂 I am gonna surely buy some more stuff from Bungzie.
