Placed an order for a wig, I received a notification that the wig had shipped. A week later I received a notification that the wig was still processing and it would be out for delivery within two weeks. I was okay with it being delayed because I really wanted the hair. When I received the hair I was a bit taken back because the image advertised on the website was nowhere near what I received. I ordered an 18" wig and received something that was similar to a 14" and 12" wig that was not cut correctly and had to be doctored up to be wearable. I contacted the company and they wanted pictures of the wig showing how I doctored it up, I told them I'd rather just send the wig back and they were fine with that. I ended up sending the wig back on my own dime and waited roughly 4 weeks before contacting them about my refund. They told me they forgot about the refund and would issue it via Zelle because they could not send it back to my bank card. That seemed weird and I waited an additional 24 hours and still no refund. I had to contact them again to get a response about my refund, they again told me they forgot about my refund. At this point it's as if they do not care about their customers and are too busy to have a business. They ended up sending my money back through Cashapp which in my opinion is unprofessional. Finally when I did receive the refund for the wig I paid to send back, there was no refund of taxes or the cost I paid to ship it back and explicitly asked to have refunded, just the cost of the wig. I'm not sure what kind of business or system they are running, but avoid purchasing with them. It's not worth it, you'll lose money and you're going to be disappointed in the quality and having to chase the owner down for your money if you do make a return. I should have just filed a dispute with my bank like my friends had said.
